Design,Supply, Erection, testing, Transportation & commissioning of 20mtr Asymetrical Stadium Mast Hot dip galvanised, polygonal stadium masts with fixed type head frame and man rider unit arrangement for easy maintenance including civil foundation with M25 grade concrete for the highmast as per the soil bearing capacity of the site.Head frame should be suitable for provision for mounting 24 nos. of flood light & complete with all accessories .Mast shaft (As per IS-2062/BS EN 10025)shall be in 3 section hot dip galvanised and suitable for wind velocity 200km/hr. including acessories like double drum winch suitable for carraige & its control junction boxes. The mast shall have arrangement of an integral power tools installed inside the base compartment for its operation including , lightening arrester, etc. as per the specification of the design parametres. All accessories included like anchor plate, foundation nuts & bolts including required size of control cable from HMDB to each light. All the design of pole including civil foundation, galvanisation test report ,wind load calculation considering the luminaire weight shall be mandatorily vetted from Director of design/NIT/IIT/by concerned SE(R&B) Division and approved by competant authority of civil wing.. Supply, Installation, testing and Commissionin of Low intensity aviation obstruction light, LED type and Twin Dome

SITC of single die-cast housing (modular type is not allowed) LED Flood Light with a minimum system lumen output of 60K lm or higher and nominal efficacy of 120 lumen/watt or higher. CCT of 5700K with SDCM of < 5 and CRI >= 80. The housing should be of non-corrosive high-pressure die-cast aluminum (ADC12) to with stand extreme environments. It should have corrosion resistant powder coating to pass NSS of 500 Hrs. with PF > 0.95, THD<10%. Lifetime of 75K hours @L70. Product should be suitable for continuous operation (10-12 Hrs. per day). The Ingress protection should be minimum IP 66 with an IK rating of 08. Optical and control gear compartments shall be maintainable/replaceable without impacting the LED units. The access to the optical and the gear compartment should be separate. While accessing the gear compartment, the optical compartment should not be accessible. The Luminaire should have n internal surge protection of 4kv and 20 KV /10 KA SPD duly bolted in the Luminaire . The SPD should be able to sustain a minimum 15 hits of 10KA rating i.e. Total of 45 hits across all the three modes as per IEEE 62.41.2. .The luminaire should be of Class B Serviceability. Only high power Single white LED chip with ceramic based suitable for outdoor use is allowed. Multi Chip , array multi die , mid power ,Integrated arrays and COB’s are not permitted. The High power LED used in the luminaire shall be SMD type. The luminaire should be capable of withstanding voltage stress of 440V for 8 Hrs., should have an auto shutdown @ 325V and have an auto recovery feature. The Drivers should be a potted driver not a printed circuit board without casing, mounted outside the luminaire in a separate driver box placed near the high mast. The driver control panel box should be outdoor type and shall be forced ventilated with industrial grade outdoor fans with working and standby. The fixture shall have warranty of 5 years. LM79,LM80,Type test report, BIS certificate of driver and luminaire, TDS of luminaire and driver, LUX level design to be done as per following specifications: average lighting level shall be >=500 LUX ,min to average shall be >=0.7, min to max shall be >=0.5 and shall be approved by SEEC(R&B) and CE,Bdgs,O,BBSR before final procurement.
