Painting two coats with enamel paint over a coat of primer of approved shade for finished item of work as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing , fiiting , Hosting & laying reinforced cement concrete of M-20 grade to bases , sub structure or in places as shown in the drawing for all floors with 20 mm & down graded size black hard crusher broken chips of approved quality from approved quarry including mixing & vibro compacting to proper shape & size, level & plumb & finishing the exposed surfaces smooth (if required by grouting / providing plaster with cement mortar 1:4 wherever necessary without any extra cost ) scaffolding, including watering & curing for the required period including providing strong, rigid, levelled & plumbed centering & shuttering to required shape & size, for floors with wooden or steel centering materials, with all necessary bracing & tiles & supports with level centering covered with bituminous paper with provision of necessary holes & pockets for electrical conduits, pipes, PH pipes, for hooks or boxes, switch boards & insert plates, clamps & extension bars, etc, including dismantaling the same after required interval from the date of casting, including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, loading & unloading, taxes, royallities, scaffolding, watering, curing , sundries tools & plants etc. complete as per direction of the enginner- in- charge, but excluding cost of all materials & labour for reinforcement.

Providing and applying tack coat with rapid setting bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.20kg./sqm. on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) including cost, conveyance, taxes,cess, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.
