Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing and applying tack coat on prepared bituminous surface with bitumen emulsion (rapid setting) at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm. Using bitumen emulsion pressure distributor after cleaning the surface etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge including cost conveyance royalty and taxes of all taxes of all tollages of all materials and hire & running charges of all machineries cost of labour and T&P required of the work etc complete.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) in foundation and floors using 12mm(½”) size hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete watering, curing etc, complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 0’-6” thick including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc, complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Quarrying collecting conveying supplying moorum of approved quality from approved quarry from improvement for berms including wateing compacting to the required density to proper camber and grade with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR cost of all other T&P all labour required for the work with all leads and lifts including cost carrige taxes royalty of moorum complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge (measurement will be taken in finished section only)

Raised pavement Marker accordance with MOSRTH's circular Ref NO RW/NH33023/10/97-DO-III DATED 11th June 1997 the RPMs have to be of Plastic Body moulded from ABS. Polycarbonate or any other plastic with superior mechanical properties. The marker shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 Reflective panels shall be single or dual prismatic cubes capable of providing total internal reflection. Lens shall be moulded of methecrylate conforming to ASTMD788 or equivalent. The lenses shall be electronically welded with the RPM body stop of retro-reflecting shall BE 35+/5 degree to base, minimum area of each retro-reflective surface should not be less than 13 sqcm. Marker height shall be flat within 1.3mm. marker shall be fixed using 2 polymer shanks with adhesives and no nails shall be used to affix the marker and shall be marked with manufacturers name (400 yellow at the centre, 800 white at the road divider, 400 red at the crossing) etc. complete including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, sundries, T&P etc required for the work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing gravel backing under pitching (provided for slop protection) inlcuidng cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour, T&P all other machineries required for the work etc complete for finished item of work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in stoney earth and gravels mixed with stone and boulder not exceeding 0.014 cum in valume within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift inlcuidng rough dressing and breaking clode to miaxmum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layer not exceeding 0.3m in depth all labour and T&P etc complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge

Cement concrete (1:4:8) in foundation and floors using 4cm(1½”) size hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete watering, curing etc, complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 0’-6” thick including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc, complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
