RCC M-20 using black hard granite crusher broken chips of 10mm to 20mm size (10mm 40% and 20mm 60% ) of approaved quality from approved quarry to achieve the minimum compressive strength of 200kg/cm2 250kg/cm2, 3.00 kg/cm2 of 150mm size cubes on 28 days test confirming to codal provision including hoisting lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting in vibrators and watering for 28 days including centering shuttering from works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves where necessary including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials with all leads and lifts and cost of all labour T&P mechineries required for the work de-watering if necessary compalete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge including dismantling the centering and shuttering but excluding cost conveaynce of MS rod or tor steel & bind wire and labour charges for strengthening cutting beinding binding wilding and tying the grills etc hoisting and placing in positing (to be paid separetely for RCC work)A. Labour charges for straightening the coiled or bent up M.S. rod / HYSD bars confirming to Gr. S 240 or S 415, cutting bending binding lapping placing welding etc. (Confirming to ISI specification) and jointing if necessary by lapping and tying the grills and placing in position as required for RCC work as per approved design hoisting lowering and laying in position including cost conveyance & taxes of M.S. rod / tor steel and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge (as approved by the deptt.) weight of over lapping, coping, welded joints, spear bar, chair, stage, hanger and binding wires shall not be considered for payment at all. Standard co-efficient of different size of the steel shall be considered. Welding & lapping should be confirming to relevant clause of IRC 1987.

Fly ash Brick masonry using Fly ash Bricks in FOUNDATION AND PLINTH having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/sqcm in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use including splays, cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, champhering and similar such type of works, scaffolding, watering, curing, including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished smooth to inside rough surface of brick walls after racking out joints, scrapping & cleaning the surface, watering, curing, scaffolding, screening sand etc. complete with cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P, sundries required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 16mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished smooth to inside rough surface of brick walls after racking out joints, scrapping & cleaning the surface & finishing the plaster surface smooth watering, curing, scaffolding, screening sand etc. complete with cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P, sundries required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying fixing and fittings MS door and window shutters with frames, window grills, MS verandha grills and MS grill gate of approved design and drawing made out of MS flat and MS angle and square bar and painting red oxide paint at work site with one coat of anticorrosive red oxide zink chrome primer including cutting holes in brick or RCC walls and fixing with CC (1:3:6) including cost conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials all labour T&P required for the work complete (payment will be made on weight basis only).

Finishing walls with two coats of water proofing cement paints to give an even shape to the surface including cleaning the surface, sand papering and using paint of approved quality and approved shade including cost conveyance, taxes of all materials all labour & T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with approved synthetic enamel paints to M.S. window and verendah grill over wahs in sand paper or iron paper received to paints smoothly including cost, conveyance, taxes, cost of all labour as per direction and specification of Engineer in charge
