Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying Reinforced cement concrete of M-20 grade as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 200 Kg. / Square cm. in 15 cm. cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 516 using 12 mm. to 20 mm. size black hard crushed broken granite stone chips and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned ( 20mm. size chips not to exceeds 25 % ) to be mixed in concrete mixture with Portland slag cement (PSC) including hoisting, lowering, laying and compaction concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days, centering and shuttering then after dismantling and removing debris from the work site and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T & P required of the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. But excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending etc. of M.S. rods or tor steel tying the grills and placing in proper position complete as per direction of Engineer-In -Charge. Roof Slab

2.5 cm.(1'') thick grading concrete(1:2:2) over roof slab after chipping and cleaning the surfaces by wire brushing, laid to proper slope finished smooth including watering, curing, cost, conveyance of all materials such as 6mm size black hard granite crusher broken chips, sand, cement etc. and labour with T& P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Brickwork with Fly ash bricks in cement mortar (1:6) in F&P (23cm x 11cm x 8 cm) having minimum crushing strength not less than 75 kg.per.sq.cm. including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering, corbelling and similar such type of woks with all necessary projections watering and curing for 7 days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work and royalties etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Brickwork with Fly ash bricks in cement mortar (1:4) in supestructure (23cm x 11cm x 8 cm) having minimum crushing strength not less than 75 kg.per.sq.cm. including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering, corbelling and similar such type of woks with all necessary projections watering and curing for 7 days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work and royalties etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing & laying Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers, watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials with labour, cess and T&P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge.

Supplying, Cutting, Straightening coiled or bent up M.S. rods or Tor steel of SAIL(HYSD Fe-415) welding or jointing if necessary, bending, binding, tying the grills and laying in position as required for R.C.C. works and hoisting, lowering and placing in position in all floors according to approved designs and drawings including cost, conveyance, taxes of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge required for the work and cost of all labour, sundries, T&P etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge All reinforcement steel and structural steel shall be procured from primary producers of steel-SAIL/RINL/TATA/ JINDAL/SHYAM STEEL.

12mm (1/2'') thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished smooth to brick walls after raking out the joint including watering and curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T& P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

16mm (5/8'') thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside of 9''/10'' thick brick walls after raking out the joint including watering, curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Painting One coat with any approved Plastic Emulsion paint over a coat of primer to wall surface after cleaning the surface including cost of P.E Paint Cost, Coneyance, of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. comple te in all floors complete in all respects as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Finishing wall surface with Water proofing Weather Coat two coats with any approved shade over a coat of primer including cost, conveyance, cess and royalties of all materials with labour and T&P required for the work etc., complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Finishing walls with Distemper two coats over a coat of primer over interior surface of walls and ceiling over one coat of primer including labour, T&P. and cost of plastic paint,primer required for the work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling F&P with Excavated Earth in layers including watering and ramming etc including cost of all labour T&P , cess & OH required for the work etc. as per specification . Complete and as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.
