Laying of PVC Insulated PVC Seated /XLPE power cable of 1.1 kv grade size not exceeding 25 SQ. MM direct in ground in the trench in one horizental formation including excavation ,sand coushing protection covering and refilling the trench etc as required as per direction of Engg.-in -charge.

Providing lifting, hoisting and laying R.C.C of M - 20 Grade to base of columns and footing, columns, beams,plinth band, lintels, chajja, shaft, fins, roof slabs, balconies, stair cases, parapets, window sills, lofts, railing, jally, copping or in places as shown in the drawing for all floors with 20mm and down graded size black hard crusher broken chips of approved quality from approved quarry including mixing and vibro compacting to proper providing plaster with cement mortar (1:4) wherever necessary without any extra cost) including rigid smooth centering and shuttering, scafolding, watering (excluding reinforcement bras) and curing for required period including cost of all material, labour, conveyance, royality, loading and unloading, sundries, tools and plants etc(but excluding cost of MS Rod,binding wire and Labour charges for bending ,binding etc. complete) as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Finishing wall surface with water proofing weather coat cement paint of approved shade on outer wall surface over a coat of water bound wall cement primer to give an even shade including cost of brushes and putty including cost of paint scrapping cleaning rubbing, scaffolding including all cost of materials and labour T&P etc.compete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

The luminaire to be installed in G.I Braket long GI hot dip galvanized smart pole with anti corroson,,uv rays stabilized,metal post with covered by resin with proper model complete with SA bracket internal JB with 4 way connector and MCB as per the pole drawing and direction of EIC against which inspection mat take place. The luminaire needs to be wired with 3 c 1 sq mm wire from JB as per the direction of Engg-in -charge.

Supplying cutting straightening of steel HYSD (Fe-415) conforming to (IS-1786) with bending, binding, ranking, hooking, welding or jointing if necessary & laying the grillsand placing in position as required for the Rod work in all floors and for providing fan hooks hosting lowering & laying steels including cost conveyance , taxes & royalities of all materials and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge & cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge payment will be made on weight of MS rod or tor steel only basing on the co-efficient of MS rod or tor steel bars approved by SAIL/TATA/competent authority and (No separate payment will be made towards the cost of binnding wires over lapping, wastage, coupling, welded, joints , spacer bars, chairs stays, hangers and annealed steel wires or other methods for binding and placing etc) as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying fitting and fixing of Stainless steel letter of 300x300mm with polishing etc. complete with cost, of conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for the work with all cost of materials and labour T&P etc.complete as directed by Enginer-in-charge.
