Cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm(1½”) size hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete watering, curing etc, complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 0’-6” thick including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc, complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Plain Cement concrete of M-15 for bed concrete, cutoff wall, floor and foundation with black hard crusher broken granite chips of 10mm to 20mm size of approved quality from approved quarry free from weathered skin including hoisting lowering and laying concrete and compacting in layers not exceeding 15cm thick watering and curing shoring shuttering de-watering and working of pumps including cost of cofferdam (if required) with centering and shuttering required for the work including cost conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P other machineries required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

RCC M-30 using black hard granite crusher broken chips of 10mm to 20mm size (10mm 40% and 20mm 60% ) of approaved quality from approved quarry to achieve the minimum compressive strength of 300.00 kg/cm2 of 150mm size cubes on 28 days test confirming to codal provision inlcidng hoisting lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting in virbarots and watering for 28 days inlcuidng centering shuttering from works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves where necessary inlcuidng cost conveyance toayalty taxes of all materials with all leads and lifts and cost of all labour T&P mechneries required for the work de-watering if necessary compalete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge inlcuidng dismantlaing the centering and shuttering but excluding cost conveaynce of MS road or tor steep & bind wire and labour charges for strengthning cutting beinding binding wilding and tying the grills etc hoisting and placing in positing (to be paid separetely for RCC work) A. FOUNDATION (RAFT)

B. SUPERSTRUCTURE (WALL, PILLAR)

Cutting, straightening coiled or bent up M.S. Rod or tor steel including bending, binding, welding and joining if necessary and tying the grills and placing in position as required for R.C.C. Work and for providing fan hooks as required, hoisting, lowering, laying including cost, conveyances, taxes of M.S. Rod or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour required for the work for bending, binding and tying the grills in all floors (payment will be made on standard weight of B.I.S. for M.S. Rods or tor steel only) etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments to designed thickness and slope using hard stone not less than 0.0025cm of approved quality free from weather skin & from approved quarry including filling the interstices with small stones, spalls etc. with cost conveyance in all leads & lifts, royalty & taxes of all materials all labour, T&P etc. complete in all respect. (The weight of each stone shall not be less than 40kg )

Supplying Utilisation of 5HP Water Pump on hire basic for dewatering with cost of all fule per hr with cost of hire raint of 5 HP machine etc approved rate with cost conveyance in all leads & liftstc. complete in all respect.
