R.C.C. work with M-20 grade In Different RCC Works having minimum compressive strength in work test of 200 Kg/Cm² in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and texts conducted in accordance with relevance IS code using 20 mm and downgraded size black hard granite crusher broken stone chips and screened and washed sharp river sand of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete and compacting by using vibrator, watering, curing for 28 days, including cost of centering & shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty, Addl charg, DMF & EMF of all materials , cost of all labour labour CESS T&P etc. required for complete the work in all respect but excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel & binding wires and labour charges for strengthening, cutting, bending grills and placing in proper position as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Supplying,cutting, straightening of tor steel of gradeSeQRTMT FE500D bars (SAIL/ TATA/ Shyam steel) with bending, binding, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing if necessary & tying the grills and placing in position as required for the Rod work in all floors and & for providing fan hooks hosting lowering ,& laying steels including cost conveyance ,taxes & royalties of all materials and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge & cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc. Complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges ( payment will be made on weight of MS rod or tor steel only basing on the co- efficient of MS rod or tor steel bars approved by competent authority and (No separate payment will be made towards the cost of binding wires over lapping, wastage, coupling, welded, joints , spacer bars, ,chairs stays, hangers and annealed steel wires or other methods for binding and placing etc.)

Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in Foundation& Plinth using Fly ash bricks of (23x11x8cm) size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg per Sq.cm with dimensional tolerance + 8 percent after immersing Bricks in water till saturation before use , including splays cutting, circular molding, chamfering, corbelling and all similar type of operations with all necessary projections watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties, Addl charg, DMF & EMF of all materials, cost of all labour, labour CESS T&P etc. complete in all respect as drawing and technical specifications and as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in Super structure using Fly ash bricks of (23x11x8cm) size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg per Sq.cm with dimensional tolerance + 8 percent after immersing Bricks in water till saturation before use , including splays cutting, circular molding, chamfering, corbelling and all similar type of operations with all necessary projections watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties, Addl charg, DMF & EMF, of all materials, cost of all labour, labour CESS T&P ,Scaffolding as required etc. complete in all respect as drawing and technical specifications and as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing in all floors of M.S. grills, grill gates, M.S. gates, garage door, collapsible gates with top and bottom rails, steel windows, critical frames for windows, stair case and parapet railing made out of M.S Square bar/ flat including stair case hand railing with 40mm. dia G.l.pipe etc. including painting two coats over a coat of redoxide primer as per approved drawing and design with cost of all materials & labour, labour cess, T&P, sundries etc. complete in all respect as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 16 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar (1:6) with screened and washed sharp river sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties, Addl charg, DMF & EMF, of all materials, cost of all labour, Labour CESS,T&P, and scaffolding as required to complete the work in all respect as per the Direction of the Engineer-in-charge .

Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar (1:6) with screened and washed sharp river sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties, Addl charg, DMF & EMF of all materials, cost of all labour, Labour CESS,T&P, and scaffolding as required to complete the work in all respect as per the Direction of the Engineer-in-charge .

Providing and Painting the surface of the walls with one coat of wall primer(water based) of approved quality after cleaning the plastered surface perfectly by watering and brushing including cost , conveyance of all material, brushes, all labour, scaffolding, T&P etc. required to complete the work in all respect as per specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge.

Providing & painting exterior surfaces of walls with two coats of antifungal Weather seal coat paint (ISI)of approved quality and shade from a recognized company to give an even shade, after cleaning the plastered surface perfectly by watering and brushing including cost of scaffolding ,staging and cost ,conveyance of all materials ,all labour, labour CESS and T&P required to complete the work in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation and plinth & sides of foundation with excavated materials (excluding rock), in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth including watering and ramming and dressing and leveling the top to proper level, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m or gradient including cost of all labour, labour CESS,sundries and T&P etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charege

Painting 2 (Two) coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour, shade wood/iron work including sand papering , polishing the surface including cost, conveyance of all materials, all labour, labour CESS T&P , scaffolding etc. required to complete the work in all respect as per drawing and technical specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing of factory made 80mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of M-40 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction of approved make, design, colour and size laid over compacted bed including filling sand in the interstices / joints including cost,conveyance of all materials , all labour,labour CESS and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect confirming to IRCSP-63:2018 and as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling and removing brick or stone masonry in lime or cement mortar including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris with in 50m lead including cost of all labour, Labour CESS and T&P. etc required to complete the work in all respect, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
