Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated matarials including laying in layers not exceeding 23cm.(9”) thick including well watered & rammed with all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification & direction of E.I.C.

Fly Ash Brick masonary in C.M.(1:6) using Fly Ash Bricks of size 25cm.x12xm.x 8 m. having crushing strength not less than 75 kgs./cm2 after immrersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in Foundation & Plinth including splays cutting, circular moulding corbelling, champhering and similar such type of works with watering and curing etc .including cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes & testing of all materials & of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying Reinforced cement concrete of M-20 grade as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 250 Kg. / Square cm. in 15 cm. cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 516 using 12 mm. to 20 mm. size black hard crushed broken granite stone chips and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned ( 20mm. size chips not to exceeds 25 % ) to be mixed in concrete mixture with Portland slag cement (PSC) including hoisting, lowering, laying and compaction concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days, centering and shuttering then after dismantling and removing debris from the work site and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T & P required of the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. But excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending etc. of M.S. rods or tor steel tying the grills and placing in proper position.

Cutting, straightening coiled or bent up M.S. Rod or tor steel of SAIL/ TATA / RINL (VIZAG) make including bending, binding, welding and joining if necessary and tying the grills and placing in position as required for R.C.C. Work and for providing fan hooks as required, hoisting, lowering, laying including cost, conveyances, taxes of M.S. Rod or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour required for the work for bending, binding and tying the grills in all floors (Linear measurement will be taken and quantity will be calculated basing on the standard weight of B.I.S. for M.S. Rods or tor steel only. Wastage if any, including weight of binding wire will not be considered for measurement) etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Ground Floor)

Cement concrete (1:2:4) in foundation and floors using 12 mm (½ ") size black hard hand broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 0” – 6” thick including cost, conveyance, royalties and all taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work complete.

12mm.thick cement plaster in C.M. (1:6) in finished smooth to surface of walls after racking out the joints including watering and curing with cost ,conveyance, royalities of all materials and cost of labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

16mm.thick cement plaster(1:6) finished smooth surface of walls after racking out the joints including watering and curing with cost ,conveyance, royalities of all materials and cost of labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing 6mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) finished smooth in RCC surface, ceiling & finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden float only to proper plumbs & level and making necessary grooves, beads & drip course to give required ornamental finish as per drawing, watering, curing, scaffolding, screening sand etc. complete with cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P, sundries required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.(In all floors)

Supplying fixing and fittings , MS verandha grills and MS grill gate ventilator of approved design and drawing made out of MS flat and MS angle at work site with one coat of anticorrosive red oxide zink chrome primer including cutting holes in brick or RCC walls and fixing with CC (1:3:6) including cost, conveyance and royalty of all materials all labour T&P required for the work complete (payment will be made on weight basis only)(In all floors)

Supplying fixing and fittings MS window grills, MS verandha grills, MS grill gate and MS door shutters with frames of approved design and drawing made out of MS flat and MS angle at work site with one coat of anticorrosive red oxide zink chrome primer including cutting holes in brick or RCC walls and fixing with CC (1:3:6) including cost conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials all labour T&P required for the work complete (payment will be made on weight basis only)

Supplying fixing and fittings MS rolling shutters with frames of approved design and drawing made out of MS flat and MS angle at work site with one coat of anticorrosive red oxide zink chrome primer including cutting holes in brick or RCC walls and fixing with CC (1:3:6) including cost conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials all labour T&P required for the work complete (payment will be made on weight basis only)

Distempering 2 coats with any approved shade over the interior surface of walls using distemper including cost, conveyance of all materials including cost of distemper with all taxes and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer – in – Charge.

Painting 2 coats with water proofing weather coat over a coat of primer of approved shade by means of brush to outside surface of walls complete in all floors with cost, carriage and all taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer – in – Charge.

Painting Two coats with Enamel paint on Old/new wood work after cleaning the surface, sand papering etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials, cost of paint with all taxes and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by Engineer – in – Charge.

Painting One coat with wall cement Primer (Water Base)and two coat of Epoxy painting by means of brush to outside surface of walls complete in all floors with cost, carriage and all taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer – in – Charge.

Providing and applying post construction Anti-termite treatment by drilling 12mm dia holes at distance of 30cm at junction of wall & floor about 300mm apart, deep enough to reach the soil bellow and chemocal emulsion (PREMISE, IMDACHLOPRIED 30.5 Sc of bayer make mixed with 47.50 Ltr. water) as per manufacturers recommendation and injecting to holes of approved depth to different segments of building including cost, conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
