Labour for spreaing moorum etc. complete including cost of all labours T & P materials required for work as per specification and direction of Engineer-in- Charge but including moorum cost and conveyance of moorum (Data for 1.00 cum.)

Labour for scraping cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0Kg of bitumen for 10 Sqm and laying 75mm thick B U S G in two layers 37.5mm thick each layer using 0.45cum of 25mm to 40mm size hard granite metal and 12.00Kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 Sqm in each layer with 0.12cum of 12mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10 Sqm spreading over and laying including heating pouring and spreading over and spreading bitumen metal and chips and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machineries but excluding cost and conveyance of bitumen, metal and chips completed as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Per 1 Sqm. (Data for 1.609 Km X 3.66 Mt. = 5889 Sqm.)

Providing and laying surface dressing as wearing course consisting of a layer of Bituminous binder laid on the prepared surface, followed by a cover of crushed stone aggregates of specified size and rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN Static roller including cleaning the road surface as per Technical Specification clause 506.(First Coat Surface Dressing)

Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MOSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridges work (4th Revision).

Providing & laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MOSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)(A/R-2006 page-175 item No-47).

Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing Clause 300,800,1700 as per direction of the Engineer in charge.(600 mm square)

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised sign as per IRC-67-2012 made of Class-B retro-reflective sheetingg of high intensity and high intensity prismatic grade sheeting as per ASTM D 4956-09 Type-III and IV strictly conforming to Clause 6.7 of IRC 67-2012 and vise clause 801.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting,2.0 mm thick as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC 67-2012 or Aluminium composit pannel (ACP) used sign boards with thermoplastic core of low density poluthylence between two thick sheet of aluminium with ovwer all thickness of 4mm and aluminium thickness 0.5mm of both side support and aluminium angle post 75mm x 75 mm x 6mm,2nos and 3 nos horizontal and 1 no vertical extra supporting menbewr of M.S angle of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing.

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometre stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and MORD technical Specification Clause 1703 as per direction of the Engineer in charge
