Providing and laying cement concrete of M15 grade in foundation and floors using 20mm downgrade. size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm. thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, royalties,DMF,EMF & additional charge, taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, T&P etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in-charge.

R.C.C. work with M-20 grade In Different Works having minimum compressive strength in work test of 200 Kg/Cm2 at 28 days using 20 mm and down graded size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete and compacting by using vibrators watering, curing for 28 days, centring & shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary in all floors including cost, conveyance, royalties,DMF,EMF & additional charge and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour with cost of all T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or steel & binding wires and labour charges for strengthening, cutting, bending grills and placing in proper position etc. as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

KB brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) using KB bricks of 23cmx11cmx8cm size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg per Sq.cm with dimensional tolerance + 8 percent after immersing Bricks for six hours in waters before use with all necessary projections, splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering, corbelling, watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties,DMF,EMF & additional charge, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, all T&P etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Straightening cutting, bending bent up or coiled rods, including cranking, hooking, welding or jointing the M.S. rods or tor confirming to I.S. 432 (Plain) and 1785 (Tor) steel and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position required for R.C.C. works including cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S. rods or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and cost of all labour with all T&P required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for RCC works including false works and dismantling them after casting including cost of materials complete in ground floor as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. R.C.C Floor & Roof Slabs,Landings,Balconies,Projecting Sun Shades & Chajjas Up to 4.30 Mtr height

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for RCC works including false works and dismantling them after casting including cost of materials complete in ground floor as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. For R.C.C foundation and plinth band,footing bases of column, mass concrete ,precast slabs etc.

Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls in all heights after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties,DMF,EMF & additional charge and taxes of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Collecting supplying and stacking good quality of moourm of PI Value more than 06 and sand from approved quarry of approved quality free from organic materials for road work for sub-base away from the trafficable berm in regular interval for regular box heaps of 1.5mx1.5mx0.44m to be measured as one cum including preparing of admixture of moorum and sand in proportion (60%moorum and 40%sand) conveying from stack and spreading the admixture in sub-base of road in layers not exceeding 225mm depth watering including cost carriage of water and compacted to required density in OMC condition to proper camber and grade with PRR with sufficient number of passes for each layer including hire and running charges of PRR with other machineries and T&P etc complete cost , conveyance, royalty,DMF,EMF, additional charges and all other taxes, cess of all materials excluding GST to the site of work, all leads, lifts , delifts, labour , T&P and supervision charges complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying of 80 mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40grade and of approved make variety colour and size made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction of approved design and shape laid in required colour and pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand filling the joints with fine sand etc all complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials all labour T&P etc complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing vetrified tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make with application of polymer modified cement based water resistant adhesive bed of required thickness of 10mm and filling joints with epoxy grout of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc and royalty,DMF,EMF, additional chargesrequired for the work as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing Ceramic tiles in floors, treads on steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles, labour T&P etc and royalty,DMF,EMF, additional charges required for the work as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

10 cm dry epidorate metal or any other hard metal of 40mm size well watered and rammed including cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc complete as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge. .

Supplying, fitting and fixing Glazed wall tiles in floors, treads on steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles, labour T&P etc and royalty,DMF,EMF, additional charges required for the work as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing Granite wall tiles in floors, treads on steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles, labour T&P etc and royalty,DMF,EMF, additional charges required for the work as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Priming 1coat with any approved primer over the finished surface including cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc complete as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge. .

Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc complete. as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Finishing wall surface with Plastic Emulsion paint two coats to walls of approved shade on new work to give even shade including cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc complete. as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Finishing plastered surfaces of walls with water proofing weather coat paint of approved shade on new work of two coats over a coat of primer with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, all T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, Fitting, Fixing of 32mm thick flush door shutters with approved quality of 30mm thick BWR Block board pasted with 1mm thick sunmica on both side of approved design and quality including cost of all door fittings and fixtures etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing , fitting & fixing of Al. door with OEL anodized Al. door section of 9202 aas vertical member, 9201 as top member and 9200 as bottom and middle member and 6mm plain glass in top portion with 12mm thick prelaminated board in botttom portion fixed on door frame by means of tapered clip No.4660 and frame to be completed bt means of jointing angle No.1855 including all cost of labour T & P hire charges of drilling machine labour charges etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying , Fitting and fixing of two track UPVC sliding windows of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame shutters and all fittings and fixtures as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fitting & fixing of false ceiling with aluminium anodized T section No.3215 with 2’-0” center to center , L section No.1705 upto 15 micron of 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw & PVC plug and the amuminum grid 2’-0” x 2’0” suspended from ceiling etc complete including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials and labour etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 2.5cm thick Grading Concrete over roof slab with cement concrete (1:2:2) using 6mm size black hard granite crusher broken chips and screened & washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of slab including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalty,DMF,EMF, additional charges and taxes of all materials with cost of all labour, and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and Fixing of M.S. Grills, M.S.Doors, M.S. Gate etc including cost,conveyance of all materials and labour for fitting fixing etc.complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing of Fixed Ventilators of approved make to be fabricated from roll formed sections made of pre-painted steel (base steel as per IS-513 of 0.6 mm thick “D” quality, galvanized as per IS-277 with zinc of 120 Gm/Sq.mtr) with paint specification being with primer of 5-7 microns and finished paint with polyster paint (Black /Pearl white/ Chocolate Brown) of 12-16 microns alongwith the alkyd backer at the back of 5-7 microns and the sizes of outer frame being of 46x52 mm and with all vertical and horizontal mullions are of 46x70 mm and fixed beadings are of 18x25 mm. Accessories / gaskets are to be used as per the manufacturer’s supply and specification like handle being made of high grade aluminium powder coated and with nylon receiver and gasket will be made of EPDM. All corner brackets are to be made of CRCA with zinc phosphating. The mullion caps and louvered-clips should be of glass filled nylon. The sections are to be cut to length ,mitre joined with corner bracket and frames are fixed to the concrete/masonry walls by means of self expanding screws and glass to be used of 5 mm reflective with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
