Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) with all leads , lifts and delifts including cost ,conveyance, cess and taxes of all materials including labours and hire charges of T&P materials required for the work, hire and running charges of machineries etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bituminous emulsion (60/70) penetration grade using the emulsion pressure distributer @ 0.30 Kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned properly with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoSRT & H Specification for Road & Bridge work (4th revision) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, cess etc. including labours and hire charges of T&P materials required for the work, hire and running charges of machineries etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing and laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates to 200 mm thickness with IRC grade - III materials as per table-401-I to WBM specification including spreading in uniform layers with moter grader on prepared surface mixing by mix place method with rotavater, rolling with VRR in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming using stone screened dust as binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates , watering and compacting to the required density at OMC as per clause 401 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & Bridge works (4th Revision) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, cess etc. including labours and hire charges of T&P materials required for the work, hire and running charges of machineries etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of approved soil from approved borrow area by mechanical means with all leads, lifts and delifts including loading into the transportation vehicles and unloading from transported vehicles and depositing the same on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including rough dressing and breaking the clods to maximum 5cm. to 7cm. ,laying in layers not exceeding 22.50cm including removal of roots, shrub jungles, bushes and all foreign debries from the earth and benching the old embankment, sectioning, cambering the earth work, watering and compaction with all types of compacts equipments under OMC conditions to attain minimum proctor dry density of 95.00% for all heights of banks and slopes with required quality control test including construction , maintenance, watering, dewatering and lighting of haul roads and borrow area including mobilization and demobilization of men and machineries and all incidental charges required for the completion of work, complete in all respect including cost of royalty with labour cess as per approved drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement shall be taken on finished compacted section .Borrow area is to be arranged by the agency at his cost and responsibility)

Quarrying, Collecting, supplying blasted hard granite stone boulder of 15 cm to 30 cm size from approved quarry free from weather skin surface and other deleterious materials, packing the stones in rip raps and slope protection works in river embankments to required profile in all heights and depths including filling the interstices with small stones, wedging and hammering with 5Kg. hammer including fixing wave breakers with all cost, conveyance,labour, royalty, cess, hire and running charges of machineries and transportation of all materials of approved quality with all leads, lifts, delifts handling and re-handling charges including all other incidental charges required to complete the work as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement will be taken on finished level sections)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting to 150mm thickness graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the materials(as per table-400-II) with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works(4th revision) with all leads , lifts and delifts including cost ,conveyance, royalty, cess including labours and hire charges of T&P materials required for the work, hire and running charges of machineries etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Quarrying, collecting, supplying and stacking of good quality of moorum and sand in regular box heap size of 1.50m X 1.50m X 0.50m to be measured as one cum and admixing moorum and sand in (60 : 40) proportion and laying in sub-base of road in layers not exceeding 100 mm thick with all leads , lifts and delifts including cost,conveyance, royalty,cess including hire charges of T&P materials required for the work , watering and consolidation with P.R.R., hire and running charges of machineries etc.complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, blinding road surface with sand 6 mm thick including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials and labour charges, labour cess etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
