Collecting & supplying of good quality moorum having P.I. value more than 6 and sand of approved quality, free from organic materials for sub-base of the road work & stacking in the berms in regular interval in regular box heaps of 1.5cm x 1.5cm x 0.44 m to be measured as one cum for pre-measurement, preparing admixture of moorum and sand in proportion (60% moorum 40% sand) including conveying from stacks and spreading the admixutre in sub-base of road in layers and compacting there of including watering, cost and carriage of water and compacting to the required density in OMC condition to proper camber and grade with PRR with suffcient number passees for each layer including hire and running charges of PRR with all other machineries and T&P etc. complete including cost, conveyances, royalty, cess, DMF, EMF and all taxes of all materials with all leads , lifts and delifts and all labour required for the work (excluding GST) etc. complete in all respect and as per specification and direction of the Engineer- in - charge. (Measurement is to be taken on the finished level section)

Collecting, supplying and stacking IRC Grade-I metal (of size 45mm to 90mm) confirming to sieve analysis as per MoRT & H specification and good quality moorum of P.I. value more than 6 from approved quarry of approved quality at work site away from trafficable berm free from weathered skin surface for road work in regular interval including conveying from stacks spreading metal and moorum for IRC grade-I metalling in even layers to an uniform thickness of 115mm (compacted to 95mm thick) and packing the voids with small stones and hand packing the same to the proper camber and grade filling the interstices by spreading moorum over the metal surface including watering, turf edging and consolidation with (3 wheeled roller ) 8-10 Tonnes with sufficient number passes for each layer including hire and running charges of PRR and all toher machineries & T&P required for the work cost of watering and carriage of water including cost, conveyance, royalty, cess, DMF, EMF and all taxes of all materials with all leads, lifts, all labour etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per specification and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (Measurement to be taken on finished compacted level section)

Earth work in excavation in foundation in all hard soil including dressing and levelling the bed to required section, breaking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7 cm size and depositing the excavated materials away from work site with all leads, lifts and delifts including all labour charges, T&P, supervision charges and all taxes, cess, excluding GST etc all complete complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand of approved quality & free from organic materials including watering and ramming to the required level including cost, carriage, royalty, cess and taxes of all materials excluding GST but including cess and quality control test cost of all materials, with all leads, lifts and delifts including all labour, T&P etc complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) with hard granite crushen broken metal of size 40 mm H.G metal obtained from approved quarry of tested and approved quality free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, uniform colour & texture and sand of approved quality & free from organic materials including cost, conveaynce, royalty, DMF, EMF and taxes of all materials to the site of work excluding GST but including cess and quality control test cost of all materials, with all leads, lifts and delifts including all labour, T&P etc complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced Cement concrete of design mix of M30 grade having specified characteristic compressive strength of 25 N/mm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in I.S. code of 150 mm cube at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of I.S. – 516 using crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate 20 mm down graded and proportion as specified in I.S. 456 code and subject to mix design in conformity to the grading and proportion of different materials of concrete in structures as specified in the relevant codes of approved quantity obtained from approved quarry of tested and approved quality free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, uniform colour & texture with mixing concrete in concrete mixer, conveying the same by transit mixers and placing in position for structures etc. with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, carriage, royalties, taxes of all materials excluding GST, but including cess and quality control test cost of all materials, dewatering, mixing and vibrating by mechanical means placing in proper place and providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, carriage of water, curing, T&P, hire & running charges of all machineries, labour and supervision charges, additional charges, EMF, DMF including mobilization and demobilization and working of machineries etc with diversion arrangement and removal required etc complete as per the approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement Concrete (1:2:4) with hard granite crusher broken chips of 12 mm size for RCC work obtained from approved quarry of tested and approved quality free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, uniform colour & texture and sand of approved quality & free from organic materials, with mixing concrete in concrete mixer including cost, conveaynce, royalty, additional charges, EMF, DMF and taxes of all materials to the site of work excluding GST but including cess and quality control test cost of all materials, with all leads, lifts and delifts including all labour, T&P etc complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

C.B. brick massonary of size 23 cm x 11cm x 8cm having a crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/sq.cm in cement mortar (1:6) in superstructure including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering and corbelling, and watering and curing etc. complete including cost conveyance, royalty, additional charges, EMF, DMF and all taxes of materials with cost of labour, T&P, Cess etc. required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for RCC works/ mass concrete including false work, dismantling and finishing them after casting including cost, conveyance, & taxes etc of all materials, all labour charges, T&P etc., excluding GST but including cess, complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing of Pre cast kerb stone of size 600mm x 300mm x 150mm of M-30 grade of approved make, design, colour size made by block making machine with proper compaction fixed in required pattern etc complete in all respect conforming to IS 5758:1984 with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of material, , cost of all labours etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying Stone screened dust sub base in layers not exceeding 100 mm including watering and compacting to the required density in OMC with PRR with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of sub base material, hire charges of T&P, cost of all labours etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing of 80mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver of M-40 grade approved make , design, colour size made by block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc complete in all respect conforming to IRC SP 63:2018 with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of material, , cost of all labours etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, straightening, coiled or bend up M.S. or HYSD bars of SAIL make confirming to grade fe-250 or fe-415 of tested and approved quality, cutting, bending, lapping, sitting, welding etc and confirming I.S. Specification and jointing if necessary by lapping and tying the grills and placing in position in ties chairs and spaces as required for fabrication and fixing of reinforcement for RCC works as per the approved design with all leads and lifts from bending yard to placement spot including cost and conveyance of M.S. or tor-steel bars and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauges etc complete (Weight of binding wire has not been considered for payment - standard co-efficient of different sizes of the steel shall be considered and welding and lapping shall confirming to relevant clauses of I.S. code) including cost, conveyances, royalty, cess and all taxes of all materials and machinaries, with all leads , lifts and delifts and all labour required for the work etc.complete in all respect excluding GST but including cess and quality control test cost of M.S./ HYSD bars, and as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

16 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) with cement & screened and washed sharp river sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of the brick masonry innerside of walls after racking out the joints (alongwith providing grooves wherever necessary ) including watering,loading, unloading and curing, rounding of corners etc. complete with cost, carriage, royalty, cess, additional charges, EMF, DMF and taxes of all materials excluding GST with all leads, lifts and delifts including all labour, T&P, staging, scaffolding,etc complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

20 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) with cement & screened and washed sharp river sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of the brick masonry walls after racking out the joints (alongwith providing grooves wherever necessary ) including watering,loading, unloading and curing, rounding of corners etc. complete with cost, carriage, royalty, cess, additional charges, EMF, DMF and taxes of all materials excluding GST with all leads, lifts and delifts including all labour, T&P, staging, scaffolding,etc complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated earth well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23 cm in depth with all leads, lifts and delifts including all labour, T&P etc. excluding GST complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
