Providing Cement Concrete M-20 grade for RCC works on approved surface or shape and size using 20mm down grade crusher broken hard granite stone aggregate of approved quality quarried free from weathered skin, quarry debris and foreign materials using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specification including hoisting, lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with Vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth including watering, curing for required period providing beads and grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials with (excluding cost of M.S. rod carriage and labour for cutting, binding, binding and fixing of M.S. rod) all cost of tools & plant, cost and carriage of water etc with supply of all labour, taxes as per prevailing norm and supervision charges including mobilisation and de-mobilisation of men & machineries, T&P with all incidental charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, Straightening, cutting, bending , binding and tying the grills and placing HYSD bars reinforcement in position as per approved design & drawing for fabrication and fixing of reinforcement including lapping where necessary including cost, conveyance & supply of binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge with supply of all labour , with all leads, lifts from bending yard to placement spot with cost & conveyance and all taxes of steel bars of any reinforcement supplying all labour and T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (weight of the binding wire will not be included in the measurement of for payment)

Providing CNS layer duly compacted of approved drawing and technical specifications including cost of materials, labour, T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing rigid smooth centering & shuttering (with box type steel shuttering plates with keys for intermediate construction joints in rafts, wherever required) for concrete works as per site requirement including false work and including cost, conveyance, royalty & other taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect and dismantling the same after casting and curing with water for specified period including depositing the debris clear of work site with all leads & lifts, delifts including supply of all labour, all taxes as per prevailing norm and T&P required for the items etc complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge (for Foundation, Plinth band and footing bases of columns mass concrete pre cast slab, walls and fins including attached pilasters, floor & roof slab, landings, balconies, projecting sun shades, chajjas upto 4.30M etc )

Excavation of any approved type of soil from borrow area by mechanical means loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil with all leads and lifts and delifts on properly prepared surface including spreading and leveling the earth in 22.50 cum layers in dam and dyke for all heights including royalty of earth etc as specification and direction of the engineer-in charge (Measurement should be taken in finished level section and 12.5 volume will be deducted towards settlement of earth in filling section ).

Ramming or rolling earth work with light H.R.R in embankment in layers not exceeding 0.30m including watering with all materials labour, T & P required for this item complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing old revetment and aprons and repacking with old stones including spalls for filling and wedging of all materials required for the work and finished to proper slope and level complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry /plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall / return wall with 100 mm dia P.V.C pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing face. Complete as per drawing and technical specification with all incidental charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation & plinth with excavated materials including watering and ramming to all heights with all leads & lifts with supply of all labour, all taxes as per norm and T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation & plinth with course sand well watered and rammed to proper layer & level, dewatering if required for the work with all cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials with all labour, required for the item complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, Laying and fixing 150mm dia RCC Hume Pipes of approved quality for outlets including cost, conveyance of pipes to the work site with cost of all other materials and supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by Er. In charge

Earth work in ordinary soil with all leads lifts and delifts including dressing and leveling the bed to the design profile as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement will be taken on the finished level section )

Earth work in all kinds of soil with all leads and lifts to proper slope and profile as per the requirement including the rough dressing and disposing off the soil at designated place marked for the purpose (Filling of low lying areas only to avoid all types of environment hazards) alongwith supply of all labour and tools & plants, all materials, labour including all taxes as per prevailing norm & supervision charges to complete the item of work and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (comparison of Measurement will be made both at excavated area & dump area for tallying the quantity ,if mechanical excavation is adopted the rate will be reduce accordingly and measurement will be taken on the finished level section and 12.5 voids volume will be deducted towards settlement of earth in filling section )
