Construction of Un-reinforced,dowel jointed M-30 Grade cement concrete pavement by semi-mechanized method over a prepared sub-base with 43 grade cement @ 350 kg /cum coarse and fine aggregate confirming to IS:383,maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm,mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design,transported to site,laid with a fixed form or slip form paver,spread,compacted and finished in a continous operation etc , curing compound ,finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and as per clause 602 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge worksas per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (4th. Revision) (Taking output = 75 Cum)

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting trees rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thicknessn as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Grouting approns and revetments 23cm deep with cement concrete (1:4:8) with 25mm broken granite metal with all labour, materials, T&P, royalty, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil within initial lead of 50m & initial lift of 1.50m including rough dressing & levelling the bed & depositing the excavated materials away from working area etc. including dewatering, cost, conveyance, royalty and all other taxes of all materials to site of work, tool & plant with all lead, lifts, delifts, hire & running charges of all , cess etc. complete as per approved drawing specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.etc. complete with all labour. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with F2 finish for all permanently exposed surfaces not prominently exposed to public view such as in bucket, ogee, pier noses and other curved surfaces etc. with steel shuttering plates including supply of rigid ties and supports and removal of forms and making good to the surfaces where necessary complete including cost of all materials etc. complete in ground floor with all labour, materials, T&P, royalty, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (abrupt surface irregularities over 5mm and grsdual over 10mm measured with 1.5m template is not permitted).

Providing and placing in position of Cement Concrete of design mix of M 15 A-20 grade having specified characteristic compressive strength of 15 N/mm2 in design mix with the quantity of cement as specified in I.S. / I.R.C,. code of 150 mm cube at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of I.S. – 516 / I.R.C. –78 using crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate 20 mm downgraded and proportion as specified in I.S. 456 / I.R.C. 21 code and subject to mix design in conformity to the grading and proportion of different materials of concrete in canal structures as specified in the relevant codes of approved quantity obtained from approved quarry and using the minimum quantity of cement in accordance with the test result of design mix as per relevant clause of IS code and approved quality of aggregates free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials , uniform coloured texture with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, carriage, royalties, cess, taxes and quality control test cost of all materials, dewatering, mixing and vibrating for compaction by mechanical means and providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, carriage of water, curing , T&P labour and supervision charges including mobilization and demobilization including hire and running charges of all machineries etc with cost of construction and maintenance of coffer dam and diversion arrangement and removal required in complete as per approved design, drawing , specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Labour for laying sub-base in layers not exceeding 150mm watering and compacting to the required density in O.M.C with PRR but excluding cost and conveyance of sub base materialsand labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (With OMC Compaction)

Suppling fitting and placing different HYSD bar(SAIL, TATA, JINDAL, VIZAG) reinforcement in foundation in proper position as per drawing and design including cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S rods and binding wire with all labour T&P and cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors(weight of binding wires will not be considered as measurement of M.S rods) as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading 75mm thick compactd layer of water bound macadam using IRC Gr-II(63mm to 45mm)stone agreegate including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes etc as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and placing in position of Cement Concrete wearing course M-30 A-20 grade with crushed granite coarse aggregate of size 20mm and down graded mixed in batching and mixing plant including hoisting and laying with all labour, materials, T&P, royalty, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (Wearing course over Deck slab & Raft and Wearing course over Return wall Portion)

Providing dry rubble rock toe with Granite stone of size not less than 0.0025 Cum. (Picked up) with all leads and lifts including dumping with packing interstices properly and surface packing to proper line and level complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. ( No deduction to be made towords voids in finished section.) (Cost of transportation to be added) with all cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc. with all labour, materials, T&P, royalty, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, filling foundation & plinth with clean river sand mechanical/mannual means and laying in layers duly compacted including watering & ramming with all cost, carrige, royalty and all other taxes including dewatering, cost, conveyance, royalty and all other taxes of all materials to site of work, tool & plant with all lead, lifts, delifts, hire & running charges of all , cess etc. complete as per approved drawing specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.etc. complete with all labour. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. e

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint (Weather coat) of approved shade on new work two coats, over a coat of priming, to give an even shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all leads & lifts, transporting to sites by mechinical means with lead of 5KMs, spreading, grading to required slpoe and compacting to meet the requirement of table 300-2 & clause of MOSRT&H specification of road & bridge worksas per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge ( 4th revision).With ordinary Compaction

Providing and placing in position of Cement Concrete of design mix of M-25 A-20 grade with crushed granite coarse aggregate of size 20mm and down graded mixed in batching and mixing plant including hoisting and laying with all labour, materials, T&P, royalty, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge ( Raft for Foundation,Abutments , Piers & Hunches and Deck Slab)

Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) using 40mm crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate of approved quality free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, uniform colour and texture including dewatering, cost, conveyance, royalty and all other taxes of all materials to site of work, tool & plant with all lead, lifts, delifts, watering and curing etc. complete with all labour for mixing by concrete mixture, placing in position by manually and compacting with vibrators etc. complete including hire & running charges of all machineries, cess etc. complete as per approved drawing specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry / plain / reinforced concrete abuttments, wing walls / return walls with 100mm dia A.C pipe etc. with all labour, materials, T&P, royalty, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge
