The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in respect of Eligible Projects, with specific details to be furnished for the last 5 financial years. The bidder should quote experience under one category only for a particular Eligible Project, and double counting is not permitted. For Categories 3 and 4, the bidder should provide a certificate from its statutory auditors or the client, stating the payments received for construction works executed by them, with the total estimated capital cost of the project and the amount received by the bidder exceeding the minimum specified amount. The estimated capital cost of the project should exceed Rs. 14.50 Crore. The bidder should provide year-wise details of the payments received for construction works, and the total estimated capital cost of the project. The value of self-construction in Eligible Projects in Categories 1 and 2, and payments received for construction of Eligible Projects in Categories 3 and 4, are to be stated. The total payments received and/or revenues appropriated for self-construction for each Eligible Project are to be stated, with a break-up for the past 5 financial years. Monetary values are mentioned in terms of Rupees in Crore. The percentage of participation of the Bidder in the project is also required to be provided, along with the balance value of work to be completed, calculated as the product of the value of work completed, the up-dation factor, and the percentage of participation.
