Fly Ash brick masonary work using (250mm x 120mm x 80mm) size K.B bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm2 in cement mortar mix (1:6) on (250mm thick) masonary walls after immersing the bricks for 6 hrs in water before use in superstrure and similar type of work as per drawings. including cost, conveyance, all taxes, royalties, loading and unloading of all materials, including cost of all labour, scaffolding, watering and curing, sundries, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling at all depth with available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 15cm in depth: consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering complete (lead upto 100m) as directed by the Engineer-In-charge.

Earthwork in excavation in all types of soil for site leveling, foundation, pits, trenches and other civil works up to and including 1.5 metre lift and stacking the soil upto a lead of 100 metre and including dewatering, removing slush,shoring and strutting (as required), complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying to outside walls with two or more coats of Anti-Fungal Weather coat water proofing paint including scaffolding and cleaning the surface before application of approved colour and manufacture as per specification, instruction of Engineer-In-Charge at all elevations including all material labour complete.

Column & top beam

12mm cement plaster on external RCC/brick surfaces in cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including necessary scaffolding, curing etc. all complete at all floors and all heights.

16mm cement plaster on external RCC/brick surfaces in cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including necessary scaffolding, curing etc. all complete at all floors and all heights.

Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying Reinforced cement concrete of M-20 Grade having a crushing strength of in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing adn tests conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS 516 in footing, Plinth Band, Lintels, Chajja, Shelf fins, Roof slabs, Balconies,Column, Beam Parapets, Window sills, Lofts, Railings etc. with 12mm to 20mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including mixing and compacting to proper shape and size, level and plumb and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth including cost of scaffolding, watering and curing for the required period including cost of all materials with taxes, royalties transportation, loading and unloading, all labour, sundries, T&P including hire & running charges of concrete mixer and vibrator etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge but excluding the cost of materials and labour for reinforcement bars , centering and shuttering for the work.

Supplying of filling sand in foundation and over areas including watering,ramming, consolidating and dressing, labours, tools, taxes etc. all complete as per the specification and direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding reinforcement steel work in RCC/reinforced brick works as per drawing and specification including preparation of respective bar bending schedule and binding (Binding wire to be used as per the IS code) etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.Cold Twisted bars, Thermo-Mechanically-treated bars.

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and approved sahade confrming to ISI on steel/wood work to give an even shade over a coat of primer of approved qality and shade including sand papering and making the surface smooth in all floors at all heights including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, taxes of all materials, labour, sundries, T & P scaffolding required for the work and complete in all respect as per specification and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing strong, rigid, leveled and plumbed centering and shuttering to required shape and size for all kinds of R.C.C. works in the items mentioned below with wooden centering materials with all necessary bracing, ties and supports with level centering covered with bituminous paper including provision of necessary holes and pockets, fan hooks or boxes, switch and board insert plates, clamps and extension bars etc. as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and dismantling and removing the shuttering after the required interval from the date of casting, including cost of all materials with transportation, taxes, loading and unloading etc. and all labour, sundries, T&P scaffolding etc. complete.
