The bidder should have successfully completed similar nature of works during the last three years. For certain works, the bidder having experience in Building Structural Work should have completed at least two works of worth 60% or one work of 80% of the value of the work put to tender in the last one financial year during the last three financial years. For specific works, such as work Sl. No. 2 & 3, the bidder having experience in fitting and fixing sheet work should have completed at least one work of worth minimum 60% of the quantity, which is 1055 Sqm for Work No-02 and 528 Sqm for Work No-03, executed by the bidder in the last one financial year during the last three financial years. Additionally, the bidder should have successfully completed at least one work of worth minimum 60% of the estimated cost put to tender in any one year in civil construction works during last three years. The bidder's annual financial turnover should be equal to or more than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender in any one year in civil construction works during the last three years. The experience certificates should be duly certified by a competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer, and the annual financial turnover should be certified by a registered Chartered Accountant along with a profit-loss statement.
