Signalling Execution SOR (Including GST)- Scope of work includes trenching, transportation and laying of S&T cable, Mechanised Drilling/ Micro Tunnelling under important/ busy 1 metal/concrete road /Railway track and laying GI pipe, Boring and pulling cable, Physical tracing and opening/locating of existing working cables, Supply, transportation and fixing of Galvanised Iron Pipe and drawing of cables inside the pipe, Supply, transportation and fixing of Galvanised MS trough of size: 100mm X 100mm X 2.5 mm, trough to be fabricated out of Galvanised steel sheet to IS:277- 2003 and fixing on girder bridges, Supply, transportation and fixing of Galvanised MS trough of size: 150mm X 150mm X 2.5mm, trough to be fabricated out of Galvanised steel sheet to IS:277- 2003 and fixing on girder bridges, Hiring of JCB/Hydra/ Poclain machine (in good working condition) for levelling & dressing of ground/ dismantling structures, Cleaning of Debris and Bushes, Erection of Full location box, Alteration/modification in existing location boxes, Painting of location box, Lettering / Numbering Termination particulars, equipments names etc. inside location box, Transportation & Sand filling of Location Box, Transportation, installation of Signal Post for MACLS (2- Aspect and 3/4 - Aspect), Transportation and fixing of Junction type Route Indicator (4 way), Transportation, Installation, Wiring, Testing & Commissioning of LED Signals Lamps for Main signals Lighting Unit & Subsidiary signals lighting unit, Painting of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer on the following (Main Signal Post with Signal Units, Surface base, ladder and complete fittings, Shunt signal post with signal unit, surface base.), Transportation, installation and painting with retro reflective tape of SLB/BSLB/Legend/Stop Board etc., Lettering/Numbering termination particulars, equipment names etc. with own paints, legibly and neatly: Signals/track lead junction box., Alterations/modifications works on existing relay rack (Q-series/ Composite Relay Racks)/Cable Termination Racks (CTR), Transportation, installation and charging of Secondary Cell 2 V (2 Volt 80AH/ 2 Volt 120 AH/ 2 Volt 200 AH), Transportation & Fixing of insulated lead wire in track circuits, Provision of double bonding wire, Disconnection of track lead wire & double bonding wire during Engg. track renewal/ Machine work, Shifting/re-locating, fixing, wiring, testing of existing MSDAC DP, Transportation and installation of Electric point machine, Replacement of insulation of Stretcher bar, Disconnection of Ground connection of IRS (high thrust) 220 mm Point machine, Painting & lettering of Point Machine with ground connections complete and point junction box, Installation of Maintenance Free Earthing and conventional earthing, Routing and connecting of all the equipment in the equipment/relay room to SEEB, Provision of Cement concrete enclosure for Earth electrode, Execution of Straight joint on Quad cable/ jelly filled Telecom cable using Thermo- shrink/Universal jointing kit (RTSF), Preparation of yard diagrams/Auto section diagram/speed restriction board etc., printing in star flex/vinyl with glossy lamination and installation at site as per requirement. Signalling Execution Non SOR (Including GST) - Scope of work includes Transportation 2 & installation of Point JB fitted with 18 No. 1 way ARA PBT terminal block fixed on hylum sheet with U-Channel (75x40x1500) mm for fixing ARA terminal, Machine work: Opening and Reconnection of Ground Connection for 143mm or 220mm (TWS) Stroke Point Machine during packing work by all type of Engg. machines, Replacement of insulation of Gauge tie plate;
