Extra providing and fixing Window Pelmet of 19mm thick BWP Block Board (confirming to IS: 710) over lintel with 1 mm thick lamination & edge finished with edge binding tape etc., complete to provide pelmet & covering of air conditioner duct as per the detail working drawing and the direction of Engineer-in-charge/Architect.

Supplying and fixing of roller blinds by fixing powder coated top channel, bottom channel with bottom end cap, control unit and good quality of 0.60mm thick fabric of approved design and quality etc complete

Providing & fixing false ceiling at all height including providing & fixing of framework made of special section, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/ sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS: 277 and consisting of angle cleat of size 25mm wide x 1.6mm thick with flanges of 27mm and 37mm, at 1200mm c/c, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I channels 45x15x0.90mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm c/c, to which the ceiling section 0.5mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5mm, at 450mm c/c, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I intermediate channel with connecting clip made out of 2.64mm dia x 230mm long G.I wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/ partitions with the help of Raw plugs at 450mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230mm interval, including fixing of Calcium Silicate Board to ceiling section and perimeter cahannels with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x25mm at 230mm c/c, including jointing &

finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compounds, jointing tapes, finishing with jointing compounds in three layers covering up to 150mm on both sides of joints and two coats of prime suitable for boards, all as per manufacture's specification and also including cost of making opening for light fittings, grills, diffusers [8mm thick Calcium Silicate Board made with Calcareous & Siliceous materials reinforced with cellulose fiber manufactured through autoclaving process], cost includes all materials, labour, lead, T&P etc. complete in all respect as per the detail working drawing and the direction of Engineer-in-charge/Architect.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick laminate sheet of approved shade & quality on both sides of the existing door shutter and making necessary opening for vision panel with fixing of 12mm thick glass of required size with all around teak wood beading. Cost includes all materials, labour, lead, T&P etc. complete in all respect as per the detail working drawing and the direction of Engineer-in-charge/Architect. (1.20x2.40)

Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISi, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing of wall panelling made of aluminium anodised section framing conforming to standard aluminium sections as horizontal and vertical members with atleast 600mm c/c with 9mm thick BWR block ply and 4mm thick veneer finished with melamine polished complete.

Providing work station as per as per drawing and conforming to the following specification: (i) Basic structure of 19mm thick BWP grade block board (confirming to IS: 710) for sides, top and modesty panel, finished with 1.00 mm thick laminate sheet of approved shade and make including inner faces. (ii) Drawer-cum-cabinet unit of approximate overall size of 450 x 1200 x 700 mm (w x d x h) of 19mm thick BWP grade block board and 12/9 mm thick BWP grade plywood. The cabinet unit shall be comprise of two drawer, two shutters & one shelve with inner faces shall be finished with 0.8mm thick balancing laminate & outer surface shall be finished with 1.00mm thick laminate sheet of approved shade. (iii) Quoted rates shall also include cost of polished teak wood moulding (finished 40x20 mm and 20x20 mm sections) to edges; polished teak wood lipping (6mm thick) to free edges of block board /plywood surface; approved telescopic drawer-sliders, concealed type auto-closing shutter hinges and locks with keys in duplicate; other necessary hardware and accessories including satin finish S.S handles and plastic wire - managers etc. of approved quality. complete in all respect as per the detail working drawing and the direction of Engineer-in-charge/Architect. Approx. size: 1600 x 600 x 750 mm

Providing and supplying of approved chairs, with the following specifications and with approved quality & brand. (i) The Cushioned seat is made of Injection molded Plastic outer & inner. Plastic Inner is upholstered with leatherette and moulded High Resilience (HR) Polyurethane foam of Density 45± kg/m³, and hardness load 16 ± 2 kgf as per IS:7888 for 25% compression. (ii) The Cushioned back is made of PU Foam with insitu molded MS E.R.W Round Tube of size 1.9±0.03cm x 0.16±0.0128cm. It upholstered with Leatherette (iii) The armrest top is moulded from polyurethane(PU) and mounted on to a drop lift adjustable type tubular armrest support made of ɸ3.81±0.03 cm x 0.2±0.01 cm thk M.S. E.R.W tube having chrome plated finish. The armrest height adjustable up to 6.5±0.5cm in 5 steps. (iv) The adjustable tilting mechanism is designed with 360° revolving type, front-pivot for tilt with feet resting on ground and continuous lumber support ensuring more comfort. The tilt tension adjustment can be operated in seating position, 5-position Tilt limiter giving option of variable tilt angle to the chair, Seat/back tilting ratio 1:2. The mechanism housing is made up of HPDC Aluminium black powder coated. (v) Seat depth adjustment is integrated in the seat through a sliding mechanism. Seat depth adjustment range of 6.10±0.5 cm.Back frame is connected to the Up/Dn mechanism housed in Plastic T spine. It can be adjusted in the range of 7.42±0.5 cm.

(vi) The pneumatic ht adjustment has an adjustment stock of 10.0±0.3 cm. The pedestal is High Pressure Die cast polished Aluminium and fitted with 5 nos. twin wheel castos. 5 Nos. twin wheel castors are injection moulded in plastic having 6.0±0.1 cm wheel Diameter and assembled to pedestal. (vii) The Visitor tubular frame is cantilever type & made of ɸ2.54±0.03 cm x 0.2±0.016 cm thk S.S 202 tube. The back connected to frame through chrome plated high pressure die cast connector piece.

Supply and fixing of 12mm thick polycarbonate sheet of approved design and quality conforming to IS 14443:1997 in roof drilling hole in wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys wind ties

Wiring to light, ceiling fan, exhaust fan, call bell & 6A plug points with 1.5sqmm FRLS PVC insulated 1100 volt grade multistranded copper conductor wire for phase, neutral and earth continuity conductor run inside 2 mm thick regid pvc conduit pipe recessed in wall/ column/ ceiling of the building including supply of materials such as clip-in type modular switches, metallic concealed box, wire, ceiling rose, angle / batten holder, junction box etc as per technical specifications complete with making good the damages caused as required and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Single light point controlled by one 6A switch or first light point of group control.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 1nos 3 pin 16amps modular socket outlet and 1nos 25 amps modular AC motor starter,connection etc on same board for Computer point.as required by Engineer-Incharge.(For light plugs to be used in non residential buildings).Make-HAVELS/ROMA/ANCHOR or equivalent.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing RJ-45 modular LAN socket, connection etc.as required by Engineer-Incharge. (Make-HAVELS / ROMA / LEGRAND / ANCHOR or equivalent)

SITC 36W 2'x2' Surface / Recess mounting LED luminaire directly on false ceiling, including connection with 1.5 sq. mm FR PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required by Engineer-Incharge. Supplying and fixing of energy efficient LED surface/recess mounted square panel with aluminium die cast housing with power rating not more than 18 W and lumen output not less than 4000 lumens complete with electronic driver and all other accessories suitable for operation on 230 V, 50 Hz supply as required by Engineer-Incharge. (Make of PHILIPS / JAQUAR / WIPRO/CROMPTON GRAEAVES/HAVELS)
