Grade Bram

Supplying M.S. Rod or Tor steel rods for reinforcement of required diameter of approved quality including cutting to required length, straingthening coiled or bent up M.S rod or Tor steel bending binding, welding and joining if necessary and tying the grills hoisting to rrequired height and lowering , laying and placing in positon as required for R.C.C. work and for providing fan hooks hoisting or lowering to required height and cost conveyance and taxes of Tor steel and G.I. binding wires of 1 mm dia required for R.C. works and bending binding and tying the grills ( Payment will be made on weight of M.S. Rods and Tor steel calculated on the basis of length used multipled by standard co-efficient of M.S.steel Rod only and no separate payment will be made towards the weight if any due to variation of co-efficient of Tor steel rod weight any) he materials used for the work shall confirk to relevent I.S. specification and test as per specification and test as per scpecification as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

In superstructure

Filling foundation trenches & plinth with Sand well watered & compacted with appropriate rammer / Mechanical compactor & top surface dressed & levelled to proper gradient as per direction of EIC including cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work & cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of sand with loading & unloading etc.complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Column

Finishing walls with two coats of Weather coat over a coat of primer of approved shade including all cost conveyance, taxes, labour,T&P & all other materials required for the work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with Fly ash brick in cement motor. ( 1:6) in all floors using size 25cm. X 12 cm. X 8 cm. having crushing strength not less than 100 kg. / cm2 to 149kg/cm2with dimensional tolerance + 8% after immersing the brick for six hours in water before use in work including splays cutting circular molding corbelling chamfering scaffolding and similar such type of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. including watering and cutting cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and labor, T&P required for the work etc.complete. Materials used in the work and finished item of work shall confirm to relevant I.S specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Below Plinth

Cement concrete( 1:3:6) in foundation and floor in below the base course of terrozzo / mosaic flooring and pipe lines, drain etc. using 4 cm. ( 1/2") size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality including lowering to required depth and as per design and laying concrete watering and cutting etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm.( 0'-6") thick including cost , conveyance, royalties and taxes of all metals and cost of all labor shoring, shuttering, dewatering if necessary as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.T&P required for the work etc. complete. The materials used in the work ands finished item of work shall confirm to relevment I.s. specification and test as per specification and test as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.( Testing charge to be borne by the contractor)

R.C.C work of M-20 using 12 mm size h.g.stone in raft and grade beam having a minimum compressing strength (in work test) 200kg./ Cm2 in 15Cm. Cubes at 28 days curing after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using blank hard crusher broken granite chips of 20mm & down grade size not exceeding 25% ofapproved Quality including hoisting lowering and laying placing in position concrete watering and curing for 28 days including cost of rigid and smooth stool centering shuttering with C.M. plaster (1:2) at no extra cost where necessary and cost, conveyance, royalties and other taxes of all materials labor required for the work etc. complete but excluding cost of M.S. Rod/ Tor steel and binding and tying the grills and placing in position etc. complete. The materials used in the work and finished item of work shall confirm to relevant I.S. specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(The testing charges will be borne by the contractor).
