Rod or steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 guage and labour charges for straightening, cutting etc of the M.S. rods or tor steel and tying grills and placing in proper position as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. work with minimum compressivee strength in work test of 150kg/cm2 in 15cm cum cubes at 28 days cost and conveyance of M.S. Rod or steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 guage and labour charges for straightening, cutting etc of the M.S. rods or tor steel and tying grills and placing in proper position as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. -Column Base & Footing

Supplying, fitting & fixing vitrified tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make confirming to IS:13755 laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) & filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of materials, labour T&P etc required for the work all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.-Ground Floor

Fixing tiles in Dadoos, skirting and risers of steps on 12 mm thick cement plaster(1:3) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.-Ground Floor

Finishing surface of walls with one coat of cement based wall putty (water based ) ,cement primer & plastic emulsion paint of approved make & finished smooth & even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials , taxes , labour with T & P etc. complete as per E.I.C.-Ground Floor

Priming one coat with any approved primer over plastered surface as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.-Ground Floor

Distempering two coats with approved shade incl. cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. complete. (A/R P/99 Item-22)

Finishing walls with weather coat of approved shade on new work two coats to give an even shade including cost of paint.-Ground Floor

Painting two coats of enamel paint to new wood work and iron work including cost of paint, sand papering polishing the surface with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.-Ground Floor
