Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 with 12 mm nominal size of hand or crusher broken hand granite stone aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry in foundation up to a depth of 1.5m.below ground level and up to a height of 1.5m above Ground level or Bed level including hoisting, lowering and laying in position in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick with proper packing and ramming to proper slope and level including curing dewatering, shoring, shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete with cost,conveyance, royalty,taxes of all materials required for the work, including supplying and working of pumps and all other materials required for the work, including all labour finishing the exposed surface, smooth, providfing grooves and beads where ever necessary etc. complete as per spoecification for Road and Bridge works and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fly Ash Brick masonary brick size of 25x12x8 c.m having crushing srength not less than 75kg per cm2 with dimension tolerance 8percent in C.M.1:6 in Superstructure including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, labour etc. complete including watering and curing for required period as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-charge.

16mm thick cement plaster 1:6 finished smooth to inside surface of brick wall after racking out the joints scraping and cleaning the surface including watering and curing for specified period etc. complete including all cost and conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials etc.complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-charge.

Providing, Fitting and Fixing M.S. GI pipes Including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-charge.

Labour for fixing big six or trafford A.C sheet or GCI sheet in roof including fixing of ridges wind ties etc. complete but excluding cost of fitting including drilling holes in wind ties as per spoecification for Road and Bridge works and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, Fitting and Fixing M.S. Iron angle and shutters for doors and windows Including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-charge.

Painting two coats over wood and iron work with approved Enamel paint over a coat of primming, including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-charge.

Scraping old paint with scrapers, sand papering and washinf with soap water or soda including scaffolding charges up to 5m height etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Finishing walls with weather coat two coats over a coat of cement primer to outer wall surface including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering 2-coat to walls with distemper of approved shade on old or new work to give on even shade including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
