EARTHWORK EXCAVATION :- Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches or drains, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms and dewatering wherever required, including all lifts, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 5km including cost of all labours/ equipments , , sundries and T&P etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil Upto 1.5 Mtr Depth

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth,consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

SAND FILLING :- Filling in foundation, trenches and plinth with river sand, well watered and compacted in layers of with top surface dressed and leveled to proper gradient including cost of all materials, conveyance, all and royalties, loading and unloading, including cost of all labour, sundries ,T & P etc. complete as per directions of the Engineer -in-charge.

P.C.C (1:4:8) :- Providing and laying of Cement Concrete of grade 1: 4 :8 (1 cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate of size 25mm to 40 mm hard granite crusher broken metal ), mixing in concrete mixer ,lowering and compacting in proper thickness, watering & curing for the required period. including all cost of labour ,material, conveyance, royalties and , sundries ,T & P etc. complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing ,Lifting, Hoisting & Laying Reinforced Cement Concrete of M-25 Grade in all type of Concrete works as per IS Specification, including cost of required steel centering and shuttering there after dismantling and removing the debrises away from the work site and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading,stacking, royalties of all materials, cost of all labours, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of Reinforcement and Binding wires etc. Footing

REINFORCEMENT :- Providing & fixing Thermo mechanically treated bars (Fe-500 D) Reinforcement bars of approved make for RCC work of required diameter & of approved quality including straightening, cutting, bending, binding, welding , joining (if necessary), tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in position as per the approved design & drawings with provision for fan hooks where required including the cost, conveyance of reinforcement bars or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge, cost of all labour, loading, unloading, labour cess, T&P, etc. required for the work complete for the work in all heights as per the specification & excluding GST as direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Linear measurements will be taken & quantity will be calculated on standard weight. Weight of binding wire will not be considered for measurement. No payment will be made for overlap, couplings, welded joints spacer bars,stays, hangers and wastage. Cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement)

230 MM FLYASH BRICK WORK :- Flyash Brick Masonry in cement mortar of mix (1:6) using Flyash bricks of size 23 c.m x 11 c.m x 8 c.m having crushing strength not less than 75 kg per square c.m. with cement and screened & washed sharp sand for mortar after immersing the Flyash bricks for 6 (Six) hours in water before use in works such type of works with all necessary projections, splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering, watering and curing etc. including cost, coveyance, stacking, loading, unloading, royalties and of all materials,cost of all labour,scaffolding, sundries and T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing 12mm thick cement plaster to the surface of brick masonry wall with cement mortar (1:6) including racking out joints, scraping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden floats only to proper plumbs and level and making grooves and beads to give required ornamental finish as per drawings including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes and royalties, all labour, scaffolding, watering and curing, sundries and T&P etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge

Providing 16mm thick cement plaster to the surface of brick masonry wall with cement mortar (1:6) including racking out joints, scraping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden floats only to proper plumbs and level and making grooves and beads to give required ornamental finish as per drawings including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes and royalties, all labour, scaffolding, watering and curing, sundries and T&P etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge

6MM THICK CEMENT PLASTER (1:4) :- Providing 6mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of (1:4) with mixing of water proofing compound to RCC surface of roof slabs ceilings , stairs, landings, chajja, shelves, columns, beams and lofts etc. including roughening, scraping and cleaning and finishing the plastered surface smooth using wooden floats only to proper plumbs and level, making grooves and beads to give required ornamental finish as per drawings including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, all and royalties, all labour, scaffolding, watering and curing , sundries and T&P etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge.

Painting two coats with Water soluble weather coat paints of approved shade of approved make or equivalent over out side brick wall over a coat of primer, by means of brush to outside surface of new walls after scraping, cleaning the surface including all cost of materials, labour, all taxes, watering & curing T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturer of required colour to give an even finish with two or more coats on new work of steel over a coat of suitable shade with primer of approved brand and manufacturer's instructions including cost of all materials with taxes and transportation, all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P etc. All complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 on walls (any thickness), including the cost of centering,shuttering and finishing :including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes and royalties, all labour, scaffolding, watering and curing, sundries and T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge
