Super class / special class / A class contractors are eligible to participate in the tender.

The bid capacity required in the given tender to bid having value and formulas is found in the following sections: * Clause 10.(B) and 11 * The total value of only Civil Engineering construction work performed in the last five financial years with a certificate from a Chartered Accountant. * A statement showing the value of existing commitments and ongoing works as well as the stipulated period of completion, signed by a Superintending Engineer/Executive Engineer or equivalent. * For agencies without any Civil Engineering construction work in hand at the expected time of bidding, an affidavit is required for consideration of the Bid Capacity during Technical Evaluation. * Possession of Tools & Plants and machineries as per the requirement in Schedule-C, with a minimum of 80% marks to be obtained. * List of plants and equipments, including Major Hot Mix Plant, Wet Mix Plant, Paver Finisher, Vibratory Roller, Tandem Roller, Concrete Mixer, Truck / Tipper, Hydraulic Excavator, Water Tanker, Generator, Needle Vibrator, Plate Vibrator, and Centering Shuttering Materials. * Certificate by the Superintending Engineer / Executive Engineer under whom the machineries/equipments are deployed as per Annexure-III of Schedule-C. * Time Schedule for movement of equipments / machineries available with the tenderer from one site to work site as per Annexure-IV of Schedule-C. * Formulas for evaluating similar nature of works: - Three Similar nature of works costing together not less than the 90% cost of the project. - Two Similar nature of works costing together not less than the 80% cost of the project. - One Similar nature of work costing not less than the 50% cost of the project. * Formulas for price adjustment: - VM = 0.85 x Pm/ 100 x R x (M1-M0)/ M0 - VC = 0.85 x PC/100 x R x (C1-C0)/ C0 - Vs = 0.85 x Ps/100 x R x (S1-S0)/ S0 * Formula for Additional Performance Security: - Below 5%, No Additional Performance Security - From 5% and above and below 10%, 50% of (Difference between estimated cost put to tender and Bid Amount) - From 10% and above, 150% of (Difference between estimated cost put to tender and Bid Amount)
