4 cm thick grading concrete with C.C (1:2:4) using 12mm & down grade size hard black broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including rounding the corners with required quantity of water proofing compound where necessary in ground floor and properly chipping and chiselling the floor slabs in 1st and subsequent floors including warding and curing cost and carriage of water and with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation and plinth using 4cm size clean hard black granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level, ramming watering and curing etc.complete including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

R.C.C work (1:1½:3) with clean hard crusher broken granite chips of 12mm size of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete with necessary slope and smoothness to receive tar felting or terracing, watering and curing for four weeks, centring, shuttering and finishing the exposed surface and ceiling smooth to receive white washing or painting providing grooves or beads and fan hooks as per requirement in ceiling where necessary, cost of water, including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of M.S rods or Tor steel and binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending and binding and tying the grills and placing in proper position as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.Chajja

16mm th Cement plaster in C.M (1:6) to brick work finished smooth including watering curing and scaffolding with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.(Inside Surface)

12mm th Cement plaster in C.M (1:6) to brick work finished smooth including watering curing and scaffolding with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(Outside Surface)

Distempering two coats with approved shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint (Weather coat) of approved shade on new work two coats, over a coat of priming, to give an even shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of Aluminium door with OEL anodized Al door section of 9202 as vertical member, 9201 as top member and 9200 as bottom and middle member and 12mm thick pre-laminated board fixed on door frame by means of tapered clip No 4660 and the frame to be completed by means of joining angle No 1855 including cost of all materials, taxes, labour, T&P, cess, and hire charges of drilling machine, labour charges etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of fully glazed aluminium framed openable window using 15 micron anodized OEL aluminium section 2082 as out section, 9139 as mullion section, 4124 as shutter section frame with tappered clip of section 4125 aluminium angle, rubber beading, friction stay and handle etc with 5mm thick black glass with all fittings including cost of all materials, taxes, labour, T&P, cess, and hire charges of drilling machine, labour charges etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S doors and windows shutters of approved design in proper position making good to the damges of walls of R.C.C or other structural etc. including mending or cutting sizes or grooves in chaukhats with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials required for the work, labour and T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for fixing of M.S doors and windows shutters of approved design in proper position making good to the damges of walls of R.C.C or other structural etc. including mending or cutting sizes or grooves in chaukhats with cost, conveyance, taxes, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats over a coat of primer with any approved paint with brush to wood/iron work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Vitrified tiles in floors, treads of steps and landing on 20mm th bed of cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement:4 sand) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing, polishing including cost of tiles, conveyance, taxes & labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
