R.C.C. work ofproportion(1:1:5:3) using 12mm size hard black crusherbroken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying & compacting concrete, watering and curing for 4 weeks, centering, shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth to recieve painting or white or colour wasing providing grooves or beads where necessary with cost, conveyance, royality, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, of all materials and labour with T&P Cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charge for straightening, cutting, bending, binding etc. of the M.S. Rods or Tor steel and binding wire and laying the grills and placing in proper position etc complete and as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge. Plinth band.

Clamp burnt brick masonary in Cement Mortar (1:6) in foundation/Superstructure using CB -brick of 23cm X 11cm X 8cm size having a crushing strength in between 75kg to 100 kg per Sq.cm with dimensional tolerance ± 8% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering & corbelling watering and curring for 7days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost & conveyance of all materials royalty, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, & labour & cess etc required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Superstructure

20mm thick cement plaster over stone work in cement mortar (1:6) including watering, curing, racking out joints rounding of corners T&P & Cess etc. complete as per directed by the E.I.C. but excluding cost of EC bags.

12mm (1/2") thick cement plaster in C.M (1:6) finsihed smooth to out side brick walls after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and laobur with T&P required for the work with royalty, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, Cess etc, complete in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

12mm (1/2") thick cement plaster in C.M (1:4) finsihed smooth brick work with neat cement punning watering & curing for seven daysand two coats of bitumen painting over top of walls and below the bearing of roof slab including cost and conveyance of all materials DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, labour with T&P required for the work including Cess with alland royalties etc, complete in all respects in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying all materilas labour T & P and laying in trenches galvanised mild steel tubes ( Medium grade ) conforming to I.S 1239/2004, part 1 of the following nominal bore tubes etc fitting and testing etc all complete as per direction of the E.I.C.

Supplying,fitting,fixing up Window (sliding type) made up aluminum Section 9778 as windows frame ,Section No.4095,4096 and 9777,3994 as shutter frame with Mosquito net as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including cost of materials alllabour,T&P excluding cost of glass etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & filling good clean river sand of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete including cost conveyance, royalty, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, Cess & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour required for the work etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) with 40mm size clean hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry includinghoisting lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick in foundation including frame work where neCessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering with cost conveyance royality, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, labour of all materials and including hire & running charges of machineries required for the work including supplying & working of pumps and Cess as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Straightening bent up or coiled rods cutting bending,binding, cranking hooking, welding jointing (if required) the M.S.Rods or Tor steel & binding wires and binding tying the grills hoisting lowering & placing in proper position as required for RCC works with cost conveyance &of M.S. Rods or Tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour with all T&Prequired for the work with Cess etc,complete in all floors (weight of binding wire will not be considered for payment and payment will be made on weight of M.S. Rods or Tor steel only) etc. in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 30Cm X 30 Cm ceramic floor tiles fixing in floors treads (or) steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed of C.M (1:1) (1 cement : 1 sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles includingpolishing complete including cost of tiles watering & curing for 7 days with cost, conveyance, royalty, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges,of all materials & labour T&P and Cess required for the work etc, complete in all respect with surface finishing with polishing materials as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
