Providing fitting and fixing of false ceiling with aluminium anodised T section no. 3215 with 2' - 0" center to center, L section no. 1705 upto 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and PVC plug and the aluminium grid 2'- 0" x 2' - 0" with card board suspended from ceiling including cost of all materials, taxes, labour, T&P, cess, and hire charges of drilling machine, labour charges etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Earthwork in excavation in hard soil within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3cm in depth etc complete as per the direction of the E.I.C

Finishing walls with weather coat paint of approved shade on new work two coat to give an even shade inculding cost of paint. etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with approved paint over a coat of primer of any approved shade with cost, conveyance , taxes of all materials, all labour and T&P requred for the work including the cost of primer, all other materials etc complete including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing vitrified tiles in floors, treads of steps and landing on 20mm th bed of cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement:4 sand) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing, polishing including cost of tiles, conveyance, taxes & labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Priming one coat with any approved primer etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete work (1:2:4) using 12 mm to 20 mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting,lowering , laying and compacting concrete watering and curing for 28 days including finishing the exposed surface including cost , conveyance, royalties and taxes of all the materials and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) for Bricks work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Fly Ash brick masonary in C:M (1:6) using 25cmx12cmx8 cm size bricks having crushsing strength of not less than 75 Kg. per sq.cm. including splays cutting, circular, mouldings, and corbelling , champhering and similar such type of work , watering and curing etc . complete including cost , conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete including 1% cess and as per the specification as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of window (sliding type) made up of aluminium section 9778 as windows frame section no.4095, 4096 and 9777, 3994 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement, all fittings including cost of all materials, taxes, labour, T&P, cess, and hire charges of drilling machine, labour charges etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Chequered tiles make in floors, treads or steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1 cement: 1 sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubing and polishing with cost,coveyance of all materials etc. complete.

R.C.C. M-20 grade having a minimum compressive strength ( in work test ) 200 kg/ sq. cm in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with I.S 456 and I.S 516 using 20 mm and down graded size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering , laying and compacting concrete , watering and curing for 28 days, centring, shuttering , finishing the exposed surface including ceiling smooth, providing grooves , beads where necessary and providing required no of fan hooks as directed including cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all the materials and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer in charge but excluding the cost of M.S rods or Tor steel and binding wire and labour charges for bending, binding and tying the grills as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fitting and fixing Steel Angle Iron Door frame manufactured from standard rolled steel angle section 40 mmx 40 mmx 6 mm size with cornered of the frame duly metered and electrically welded with fish tailed hold fasts made out of M.S. flats of size 200 mm x 50 mm x 30 mmx 5 mm thick welded to the frame at the rate of 6 nos per frame with 10 mm dia M.S round bar to be welded at the bottom at the bay with M.S. hinges of size 100 mm & 14SWG thick at the rate of 3 nos & 50 mm size one no for single leaf shutter aldrop, staple & tower bolt hinges duly welded to the frame with one coat of anticorrosive red oxide zinc chrome primer including 1% cess as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty ( water based ) of approved make including cost of all labour , materials etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

C.C (1:4:8) using 40 mm hg metal in foundation etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing big six or Trafford A.C.sheet in roof including fixing of ridges, wind ties including cost of A.C. sheets including cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Distempering two coats to walls with distemper etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Labour for fitting and fixing of Deptt. ACC/GCI sheets in roof including drilling holes in wind ties & fixing of ridges, vallies,wind ties etc. including conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge
