Providing and laying 6 mm thick precoated seal coat Type - B using 0.06 cum of 6.7 mm size chips and down graded as per sieve analysis and 6.8 kg. of bitumen per 10 sqm including hire and running charges of PRR, hot mix plant, tar boiler & all other T&P articles but excluding cost & conveyance of chips & bitumen.

Clearing & grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation , grass, bushes,shrubs, saplings & trees girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier & disposal of unserviceable materials by manual means & stacking of serviciable materials to be used or acutioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal & disposal of top organic soils not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per technical specification clause 210 & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour for scraping, cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0 kg of bitumen for 10 sqm and laying 37.5mm thick built up spray grouting in one layer using 0.45 cum of 25mm to 40mm size crusher broken hard granite material and 12.00 Kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 sqm with 0.12cum of 12mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10sqm spreading over and laying including heating, pouring and spreading over and spreading bitumen metal and chips and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machinaries including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with 12mm size of c.b.h.g chips of approved quality from approved quarry for cement concrete road including hoisting, lowering and laying in position in layers not exceeding 15cm thick over polythene sheet with proper packing and ramming by means of vibrator to proper slope and level including curing with cost conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen @0.2 / 0.30/.4kg per sqm on the prepared bitumenous surface/granular base treated with primer/ granular base (not primed) cleaned surface including cost of all materials, labour , T&P etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 20 mm thick premix carpet using 0.27 cum of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm size crushed stone chipping & 14.60 kg. penetration grade of bitumen per 10 sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR, hot mix plant, bitumen boilers and other T&P articles but excluding cost & conveyance of chips & bitumen complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing the road surface in the both sides of berm manually with approved quality of moorum including all labour charges for spreading, laying, levelling for the work including cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, finished item of works as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete wearing course M- 30 grade including reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 800 and 1206.3 of MoRD as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of un-reinforced , dowel jointed at expansion and construction only, plain concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion and construction joints, applying sealant, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Constuction of RCC guard posts of 200mm dia M15 grade Cast-in-situ with 20mm nominal size aggregate,true to line and grade,tolerance of vertical RCC posts not to exceed 1 in 500 as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause.

Painting two coats including primer coat after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered/concrete surface as per drawing and technical specification of MORD

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 kms, spreading, grading to required slope & compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoSRT&H specifications forRoad & Bridge works (4th Revision)
