Old damaged grading from roof surface.

Brick work in Fly Ash Bricks of size 25Cm X 12Cm X 8Cm and having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Cm² to 99Kg/Cm in foundation & plinth with C.M (1:6) including splay / cutting, racking out the joints curing, hoisting, staging at any height with cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, tollage, royalties, taxes, staging, scaffolding, curing, water charges all transportation charges etc. all complete & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Excludicng cost of GST).

Providing and applying Modified flexible acrylicCementious water proofing coating with two component solvent free water proofing compound after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles,oil, greese,dirts, rusts or other coatings with water jetting, cleaning the loose particles with air blower and wire brushes , applying the two component water froofing compound in two coats ( Mixing 2 parts of powder : 1 part of Liquid ) complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Excluding GST.

12mm thick Cement Plastering with CM(1:6) proportion, over brick work including racking out the joints, finished smooth to the exposed surface, rounding thecorners wherever found necesary including cost & supply of all materials, labour, T&P, staging scaffolding, watering, curing, taxes, tollage, royalties, etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Excluding GST).

25mm. thick A.S. flooring in cement concrete (1:2:4) at all floors & levels using 12mm. and down grade hard granite chips of approved quality including mixing, hoisting, laying, consolidating, curing, by water tanker, finished smooth to the exposed surface with a floating coat of cement punning, rounding the corners where found necessary including cost of supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage, royalties, transportation charges, etc. complete & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Excluding GST)

Supplying of 110mmΦ PVC pipe(ISI make) with all fittings of required length including removing /dismantling the damaged/broken portion of pipe & fixing the same in position with PVC clamp, bobbin, brackets with leak proof joints, etc with supply of all labour, T&P, etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Excluding GST)

.C.C(1:3:6) of using 20 mm. & down C.B.G chips of approved quality in foundation &plinth including mixing hosting, laying to proper level & slope compacting, curing, wateringcharges etc. complete including cost & supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, butexcluding GST etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Cement concrete (1:1.5:3) using 12mm to 20mm size C.B.G. chips for all floors,foundation & plinth etc. of approved quality mixing, hoisting, laying, compacting, curing withcost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage, royalties, etc. all complete butexcluding GST as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing rigid smooth leak proof centering & shuttering made of steel/ply, plank of approved quality for R.C.C. structures and deshuttering and removing the same after due period with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalties, tollage, etc. all complete but excluding GST as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply Tor/TMT steel manufactured by SAIL/TISCON/VIGAC Steel of Fe-500 confirming to IS-1786 including cutting, straightening, bending, binding& placing the grills in positionfor RCC works binding the grills with binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge including supply ofsteel, labour, materials, transportation charges, T&P, taxes, etc. all complete but excluding GST as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (NB: Nopayment shall be made for extra weight than theoretical co-efficient).

Brick on edge flooring in CM(1:8) in K.B. Bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Cm²,laying over one brick flat and one edge upto required level and slope including leveling the bed, cutting circular mould, racking out the joints to a depth of 12mm finishing with flush pointing in C.M (1:3) with punning including cost of all materials,labour, T&P, taxes, royalties, transportation, charges, curing etc. all complete but excluding cost of GST as per direction of Engineer-incharge

Dry brick khoa rammed to 10Cm. thick using K.B. Brick, laying to properlevel & slope, watering, ramming to receive A.S. Flooring including costand supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, etc. complete but excluding cost of GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

20mm thick polymer screed plaster with CM(1:4) over the roof surface and other areas as required by using “SIKA RUSTOFF” and “SIKA LATEX”, “SIKA HIGH BOND” or equivalent chemicals including scaffolding, curing, etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (All floors) Excluding cost of GST.

Dismantling and removing doors, windows and ventilators including removal of frame, hinges, fastening and stacking the same for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead with supply of all labour, T&P,staging, scaffolding, etc. complete cleaning the debrises with all taxes,including leads & lifts transportation & disposing at specified place and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Excluding GST).

Repairing of old damaged door/window Supply of 32mm thick seasoned Non-Sal/Hard wood paneled Door/window shutters as is where required having both side styled moulded having bottom rail of 200 mm thick,top rail 100mm thick , middle lock rail 200 mm thick alongwith straight vertical moulded style of 125mm width (total 2 panels) and panel should be 20 mm thick piasal plank embedded 16mm to styles & rails with one no of aluminum aldrop of size 300mm x 16mm x 40mm, two nos of 150 mm with 175mm x 40mm flat aluminum handles, 2 nos. of 200 mm x 10mm aluminum tower bolts and required numbers of wooden hinged cleats, fixing at position etc all complete . including cost of all materials, labour, loading & unloading Charges, all taxes, transportation charges, stacking at site store etc. all complete as directed by Engineer In-Charge.(Excluding GST)

Supplying, fitting, fixing Sal wood frame choukaths for doors, windows,ventilators, coaltaring two coats to wall side face of frame, fixing toposition with required nos. of W.I. clamps of size 25cm to 30cm long,35mm wide, 2mm to 3 mm thick in C.C(1:3:6) includingcutting groovesin choukaths, jointing with adhesive solution fixing to proper positionetc. all complete including cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P,all taxes, transportation, staging, scaffolding etc. complete as directedby the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing up AL window (sliding type) made up aluminum Section 9778 as window frame, section No. 4095, 4096 & 9777, 3994 as shutter frame with 5mm thick blackglass as panel fitted with rubber bending including locking arrangement including all fittingincluding cost of materials all taxes labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. Supplying, fitting, fixing of MS welded grills, fabricated with I.S.A 25 x 25 x 5mm. or 19 x 5mm. M.S flat, welded to approved design, size, fixed to position with screws, nails and grouting to walls in C.C (1:2:4) including cutting grooves in walls and making good the damages with cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, transportation, welding charges , grinding, staging, scaffolding, curing etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.(Excluding GST).

Supplying & applying of SIKA TOP Seal -109 or equivalent including cost of material, all labour, T&P, staging, scaffolding, etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Excluding GST).

Supplying fitting & fixing 32mm thick piasal wood fully glazed shutter with 5mm thick plain/frosted/colour glass panels to required size including cutting grooves in frames for window of approved quality & necessary fittings with supply of all labour, materials, scaffolding up to any height transportation charges T&P, all taxes etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Drilling holes for RCC 8mm dia to 16mm dia upto 300mm deep with HILTI make adhesive etc.including all cost of labour, matrials tools and plants etc all complete as dircted by Engineer in charge.(Excludicng cost of GST)

Providing & fixing of 32mm thick factory made paneled hard wood door,windows, made out of duly seasoned & treated hard woods. The Styles, Rails & Intermediate rails are kiln seasoned as per IS-1141, ASCU Chemically pressure treated as per IS-401, Panels are also seasoned and chemically pressure treated made out of hard wod as per IS-1003/Part-I & II . Necessary fitting & Fixtures to fix the shutters inposition with Screws of stainless steel et. with cost of loading & un-loading stacking at departmental stores including dismantalling the damaged shutters and depositing the old/damaged/dismantted shutter at section office with supply of all labour, materilas ,T &P, all taxes, transportation, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Excluding GST)NB: The manufactering Test certificate should be produced by the agency during supply of materilas along with the labourtory test cirtificate as per IS code and as per aggement during submission of the bill otherwise the bill will not processed for payment.

Exterior painting two coats to wall surface with acrylic based weather coat paint of approved quality & shade having resistance to Fungus, Fading, including scraping,cleaning, brushing, washing the old paint, as and when required, removing the flakes applying uniformly two coats including cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes,transportation, staging, scaffolding, etc. complete but excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering two coats of approved quality and shade to New work including cleaning,brushing, the old paint, removing the flakes and finishing smooth the wall surface by applying plaster of paris or wall putty where required, sand papering including cost & supply of all material labours, T&P scaffoldings, taxes etc. complete but excluding GST as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Painting one coats with approved quality & shade enamel wood paint on old wood work over one coat of primer including scraping, cleaning, the old paint surface sand papering,filling the holes with wax putty etc. all complete including cost and supply of all materials,labour, T&P, all taxes, transportation charges, staging, scaffolding, etc. all complete but excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

one coat Priming with water bond cement primer to the newly plster surface of the exterior Wall or over the exisitng putty surface of the interior wall of approved make & shade to make an even finished surface in all heights with all scaffolding and staging including cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, transportation charges etc. complete but excluding cost of GST as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Removal & uprooting of wild vegetation , unwanted plants from residential/non-residential buildings ( From roof cornice, parapet,chajja, Head room , top of roof slab, wall ,junctions of water supply & sanitary pipes etc.) with supply of all labour ,T&P,staging,scaffolding removal of debrises from site & disposing same with intial lead & lift.all complete as directed by Engineer In-Charge.(Excluding GST) . N.B. If any further vegetation growth found in cleaned building during the complition of contract period the agency has to rectify the same at his own cost. Special care should be taken by the agency during the removal of plants from pipe line joints, roof, parapet.

Supply of Un-Skilled labour for cleaning of debris of building peripherial area disposing same with initial lead & lift. with supply of all labour, materilas ,T &P, all taxes, transportation, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Excluding GST)
