Supplying fitting and fixing of 25mm thick WPC door shutter of 0.55 density with all fittings and fixtures with stainless steel including cost of loading & un-loading charges, with supply of all labour, materials like hinges, tower bolt, handle, aldrop etc. T&P, all taxes, transportation, all lead and lift etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Excludicng cost of GST)

Providing & laying quarry dust of aprroved as sub-base in layers not exceeding 225mmthick each watering and compacting to the required density in O.M.C with Vibratory Rollerwith supply of all material labour transporation hire and running charge of equipments,taxes , tollage , royalties etc all complete but excluding GST as directed by EIC

R.C.C(1:1.5:3) for R.C.C. works using 12mm to 20mm size H.B.G. chips for all floors, foundation & plinth etc. of approved quality, mixing as per approved design mix, hoisting, laying, compacting, curing including centring & shuttering with cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage, royalties, laboratory charges for performing design mix & testing as per relevant IS code etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge..(Excluding GST).

Painting two coat with acrylic base plastic emulsion paint of approvedquality shade including scraping, cleaning, washing the old paint withscraper filling the holes with plaster of paris preparing the surface bysand papering, applying paint uniformly including cost and supply of allmaterials, labour, T&P, all taxes, transportationcharges,staging,scaffolding, etc. complete but excluding cost of GST as per direction ofEngineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with approved quality & shade enamel paint onnew iron work over one coat of red oxide primer including scraping,cleaning, the old paint surface sand papering, filling the holes with waxputty etc. all complete including cost and supply of all materials, labour,T&P, all taxes, transportation charges, staging, scaffolding, etc. allcomplete but excluding cost of GST as per direction of Engineer-incharge.

12mm thick Cemnet Plastering with CM(1:6) proportion, over brick work including racking out the joints, finished smooth to the exposed surface, rounding thecorners wherever found necesary including cost & supply of all materials, labour, T&P, staging scaffolding, watering, curing, taxes, tollage, royalties, etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Excluding GST).

Dismantling and removing the old damaged shutters, chaukaths, ventilators, shutters with frames including removing the fastenings, depositing the dismantled unusable materials at departmental store with cost supply of all labour, T&P, staging, scaffolding, all transportations etc. Complete & as directed by Engineer In-Charge..(Excluding GST).

Ornamental painting work to the exposed plaster surface with required design including supply of all labour, materials, skilled painter T&P, transportation,scaffolding all taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer- in- charge .

Supplying fitting fixing of Marble 16 mm thick ( premimum Quality ) asapproved by EIC in floors , treads or steps and landing on 12 mm thickbed of cement mortar 1:1 (1cement : 3 sand) jointed with neat cementslury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles includingrubbing and polishing complete including supply of all labour materialtaxes tollage etc all complete but excluding GST as per direction ofEngineer in charge.
