Additional reinforcement: MS or RTS rebars as per the drawing shall be fabricated and placed in position including cost of all labour, materials, T&P, Port entry fees, fabrication charges etc. all complete excluding GST as directed by Engineer in chare.

Provision of sacricial anode: Sacrificial anode GALVASHIELD XPI or equivalent shall be fixed over the main reinforcement of the pile and bracket reinforcement at 1 No for 1 Sqm radius, as per the manufacturer specification including cost of all labour, materials, T&P, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST as directed by Engineer in charge.

Form work:Slurry tight formwork which should not deform or leak due to pressure of micro concrete shall be fabricated and erected in position. Provision shall be made for pouring micro concrete into the form work, which shall be coated with mould release agent. Proper supporting arrangement shall be made for keeping the shutter in correct line and length including cost of all labour, materials, T&P, Port entry fees, hire charges of all machineries, boat, barge, pontoon, divers etc. all complete excluding GST as directed by Engineer in charge.

Under water micro concrete for walls:Sufficient quantity of RENDROC WG shall be stocked along with 12 mm downgraded chips at site to enable completion of pouring in a continuous operation. An approved grout concrete mixer of slow speed heavy duty drill shall be used for the mixing of the micro concrete. Exact quantity of water as recommended by codal provisions should be poured in to mixing vessel along with the RENDROC WG and 12 mm cleaned chips (in the ratio of 1:0.50 or 0.75) slowly. The mix shall be mixed thoroughly in forced action. The mixed material should be placed immediately in the formwork continuously without any gap through the PVC pipe fixed or any other alternatives from the top of the deck including cost of all labour, materials, T&P, Port entry fees, cost of hire charges barges, pontoon, boat, all machineries diving equipment and divers etc. all complete but excluding GST as directed by Engineer in charge.

Surface Preparation: Labour charges for chipping the joint portion between the walls. Clean the surface and make sure that surface is clean and free from loose particle. The rate shall include cost of equipments, plants, labour, materials, T&P, Port entry fees, sand, instrumentation, hiring of boat, catamaran, pontoon etc. all complete excluding GST as directed by Engineer in charge.

Drilling and fixing: Drill 13 mm dia holes in to the concrete surface to a depth of 50 mm. The spacing of the holes should not be more than 600 mm centre to centre.Provision of nipple and fix the same using Polyester resin Lokfix S or equivalent. The rate shall include cost of all labour, materials, T&P, Port entry fees, operations etc. all complete excluding GST as directed by Engineer in charge.

PU Grouting: The suitable PU resin mechanically using a slow speed heavy duty drilling machine. Inject the same using an electrically operated pressure grouting machine (pressure not to exceed 4-5 kg/cm2) until the nipple refuses the grout or the grout comes out of the nearby nipple. In case the grout comes out of the adjacent nipples, the same may be closed and those nipples need not be grouted again. Continue the operation until all the nipples are grouted. Cut the nipple and finish the surface to match the nearby surface. The rate shall include cost of all labour, materials, T&P, Port entry fees, operations etc. all complete excluding GST as directed by Engineer in charge.

Drilling and fixing in underwater: Drill 20 mm dia holes in to the concrete surface to a depth of 100 mm. The spacing of the holes should not be more than 500 mm centre to centre. Provision of 16mm dia bolt and fix the same using equipment’s. The rate shall include cost of all labour, materials, T&P, Port entry fees, operations etc. all complete excluding GST as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supplying, fabricating and providing 10mm thick M.S plate to the required depth, as shown in the drawing including gas cutting ,bending, welding at yard & site, transporting, driving of liners, all labour, materials, T&P, Port entry fees, equipment’s, fuel etc. all complete excluding GST as directed by Engineer in charge.

Placing, Driving the M.S liners of the specifications as per item 12 above for walls. The cost inclusive of charges for transporting to the pile location, aligning, lowering, pitching and driving the liners as per standard specification, labour, materials, T&P, Port entry fees etc. all complete and excluding GST as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply & fixing of 6mm dia bolts with proper arrangements has to be made for fixing the bolts, labour, materials, T&P, Port entry fees etc. all complete but excluding GST as directed by Engineer in charge.
