Supplying, fitting, fixing of Stainless steel ladder of 40 mm and 25 mm dia SS pipes with hand railing at both sides including all materials, labour and T&P all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge

Preparation of structural design and drawing and construction of RCC M25 wet well of 6.0 m internal dia, up to required depth with inlet cum grit chamber, and two nos screen chamber in RCC M25 , required reinforcement, steel plate shuttering etc. including earthwork in excavation, well point dewatering to lower down the ground water level and wooden shoring & shuttering for protection of earth collapsing including fitting and fixing of MS cutting shoe at the bottom of the cutting edge, sinking of wet well upto required depth, bottom plugging with CC (1:2:4), M-25 RCC raft of required thickness to make the structure leak proof, superstructure above the wet well as panel room (plinth area-15 Sqm) with MS rolling shutter and windows, construction of valve chamber, MS joist/I section and 12 mm thick MS chequered plate and fixing in position of chequered plate over MS joist to cover the wet well opening and supply of all labour, materials, T&P etc. all complete as per the approved design, drawing and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and installation of Stainless steel Manual screen of size 2.2 x 0.75 m (2 nos coarse screen and 2 nos. fine screen) to be fixed in the screen chamber at 45 degree slope and fixing of stainless steel angle of 50x 50 mm both side including all materials, labour, T&P etc. all complete as per the approved drawing and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting fixing of Stainless steel Hand railing upto a height of 0.9m from the floor level around openings of wet well and screen chambers including all materials, labour, T&P, etc. all complete as per approved drawing and design and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Repairment of road

Supplying all materials labour and T&P for earth work in ordinary soil within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth for road repair work and as per direction of Engineer in charge

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and internal electrification of panel room, DG room, store room with toilet, etc and external Electrification with overhead cable within a distance of 50 mtr from the Pumping station site all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Supply, delivery at site and laying of Gravity Sewer of ISI marked 400 mm dia NP3 RCC S/S non pressure pipes, rubber gasket and all other materials, labour, T&P and lowering the pipes in to the trench, aligning, laying to approved level or slope, jointing testing and commissioning of sewer line in all depth including earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil and all types of road encountered during cutting laying of cement concrete cradle in CC (1:1:5:3) grade using 12 mm size hard broken granite chips in Type A bedding (IS:783-1985) as per drawing, refilling with excavated earth disposing of surplus material including timber shoring & shuttering for pipe line trench, dewatering the sub soil water from trench & barricading, lighting, watch and ward including all testing, materials, labour, T&P, etc all complete for drain diversion for depth upto invert of inlet chamber as per BIS/PH specification, approved drawing and direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying all materials labour and T&P for Construction of granular Sub-base by providing coarse graded Gr-II material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller.

Store room with toilet (Total plinth area)

Preparation of design, drawing and construction of Boundary wall around the premises with RCC M25 columns and plinth beam and flyash brick work with (1:6) cement mortar and plastering the surface with cement mortar (1:6) and fixing 2 nos MS/GI gate of size 4.0 x 2.0m and 1.5x2.0m with constructing support RCC M25 columns of size 0.45mx0.45m as per the approved drawing and design and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all materials, labour T&P & installation of 63 kva Electrical Sub station with supply of 63 KVA transformer with AB switch, lighting arrester etc. all complete as per specification of CESU and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation of design, drawing and construction of RCC M25 grade 2 cum capacity Sand and grit settling/ removal chamber with provision of 150 mm dia RCC outlet pipes to inlet chamber and supply of Sand lifting Pump 3.0 kw with agitator facility and all accessories, panel cable etc. with fitting and fixing at inlet chamber cum grit chamber, supply & laying of delivery pipe and fittings upto the sand and grit settling chamber,etc all complete including all labour,materials, T&P as per the approved drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting , Fixing, installing, testing, commissioning of Sewage submersible pump set and accessories as per approved make and design and drawing suitable for peak flow of 3 MLD (peak factor of 3) in the wet well including all materials labour, T&P etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing and installation of all materials for delivery arrangement of 4 nos pumps including delivery pipe DI 100 mm dia flanged pipes with duck foot bends, SS guide pipes, 250 mm dia header pipe,non-return valves, sluice valves manifold jointing the flanges with stain less steel nuts& bolts with suitable rubber gasket and fixing of 4 nos. pressure gauge in pipe gallery as per approved drawing and design in the valve chamber including labour, materials, T&P etc. all complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all materials, labour and T&P for laying of Cement concrete (1:1:5:3) with 12mm down size broken granite chips for road repair work

Construction of Wet well

Preparation of Design and Drawing & Construction of DG room and Store room with toilet in RCC frame structure and brick filler wall (250 mm thickness) in cement mortar (1:5) and finishing the wall with Cement plaster (1:6) with parapet wall of 0.6 m height in wall thickness 0.25m and the flooring with vitrified glazed tiles of approved design over a layer of plain concrete of minimum 0.1 m thickness and inside painting with approved shade of distemper over a coat of wall putty & external side with 2 coats of weather coat over 1 coat of cement primer, fixing the doors and windows with alluminum frame and glass and windows with MS grills, with toilet fittings of approved make and as per approved design,drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

DG room (Total plinth area)

Supplying all materials, labour , T&P, supply & laying of Pumping main of 250 mm dia DI K-9 pipe (Socket & Spigot push on Joint including tyton rubber rain and DI fittings as per requirement) from pumping station to outfall point at TKRIT Colony area near Helipad including earth work excavation in trench, back filling the excavated materials, disposal of surplus materials, testing all complete as per approved design and direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying of Electro-Magnetic Flow meter of 250 mm dia with wall mounting digital display, fitting and fixing in the pumping delivery pipe of 250 mm dia etc. all complete including all labour,materials, T&P as per the approved drawing , design and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P & installation of Force ventilation system for exit and entry of air from and to the wet well including construction of GI air duct from and to the wet well with Exhaust fans and required accessories etc. all complete as per the approved drawing and design and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
