The required prior work experience for the bidder includes executing certain major items of works during the last 5 financial years. The bidder should have executed specific minimum quantities of similar major items of work, such as Earthwork (Excavation) of 38,483 Cum, Temperature Controlled Cement Concrete of 26,722 Cum, Cement Concrete of 5,086 Cum, and Steel reinforcement of 6,194 Qntl. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work, such as Concrete/Masonry Dam/Barrage/Spillway, with a value of not less than Rs. 62.21 Crore at the 2024-25 price level in the last five years. The work should be at least 80% complete if it is incomplete. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 155.51 Crore at the 2024-25 price level in any one financial year in the last five years. A weightage of 10% per year will be given to the cost of satisfactorily completed works of previous years and to the financial turnover of the previous years to bring them to the current price level. The bidder is also required to have a credit facility of not less than 20% of the amount put to tender, which is Rs. 31.10 Crores. The available bid capacity is calculated using a formula, and the bidder's available bid capacity at the time of bidding should be more than the total estimated cost of the work, which is Rs. 155.51 Crores. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, except that the work should be at least 80% complete if it is incomplete.
