PCC (1:3:6) Foundation/Floor bed concrete using 40 mm & below size b.h.c.b granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete watering ramming &curing etc compacting to required level laid in layers not exceeding 4’’ thick including cost conveyance all taxes royalty &cost of all material & labours T&P required for the works etc complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

PCC (1:1½:3) cement concrete using 12 mm to 20 mm size b.h.c.b. granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete watering and curing etc compacting to required le vel including cost, conveyance all taxes royalty and cost of all materials and labours T & P required for the works etc complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

RCC M/20 (Plinth Band) having crushing strength of 200 kg/cm2 after 28 days curing as per (IS 456-2000 & IS 516) using 12mm to 20 mm size b.h.c.b granite chips 20mm size not exceeding 25% including hoisting lowering laying concrete and compacting by using vibrators watering curing for 28 days centering shuttering &finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves beads when ever necessary including cost convince taxes & royalty of all materials & cost of all laboufr T&P hire charges of concrete mixture machine & vibrator machine required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost of M S rod or tor steel & binding wires & labour charges for cutting bending, binding & tying the grills. As per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Cutting ,straightening of steel HYSD (Fe- 415) conforming to (IS- 1786) with bending, binding, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing if necessary & tying the grills and placing in position as required for the Rod work in all floors and & for1 providing fan hooks hosting lowering ,& laying steels including cost conveyance ,taxes & royalties of all materials and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge & cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc. Complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges ( payment will be made on weight of MS rod or tersteel only basing on the co- efficient of MS rod or tor steel bars approved by SAIL/ TATA/ competent authority and (No separate payment will be made towards the cost of binding wires over lapping, wastage, coupling, welded, joints , spacer bars, ,chairs stays, hangers and annealed steel wires or other methods for binding and placing etc.)

Fly Ash brick masonry work in cm (1:6) using Fly ash brick size (25 x 12 x 8) cm having minimum crushing strength not less than 75 kg /cm2 after immersing the bricks for six hour in water before use in Super structure including splays cutting & circular molding hoisting watering curing etc with cost conveyance taxes royalty of all materials & cost of all labours T&P for the work in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of M.S. Angle (35 x 35x6)/ square bar of 20 mm size as per approved design including all fabrication errection in all floors and fixing to wall with PCC (1:2:4) and repair to wall damages including cost & conveyance of all materials all labour all taxes T& P etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Labour for scrapping out heavy paint from wall surface with sand paper, scrapper and soda water including cost & conveyance of all materials all labour all taxes T& P etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Applying two coats of weather coat seal paint over one coat of primer to wall surface after scrapping and cleaning the old wall surface including curing scaffolding cost, conveyance royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour ,T&P etc required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge (BERGER/ SALIMAR/ASIAN/JOHNSON/Nerolac paints to be used.)

Painting two coats with Synthetic enamel paint of approved shade to grill & gate work over one coat of primer including sand papering , polishing the surface with cost ,conveyance , taxes of all materials ,labour, T&P brush& scaffolding charges etc required for the work complete in all respect (paints & primer of Berger / Asian / JHONSON & Nicolson/Nerolac) as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing & laying of 80mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M35 grade & approved mark verity colour and size made by block making machine with strong vibration compaction of approved design and shape, laid in required colour and pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand, filling the jointing with fine sand etc all complete including cost & conveyance of all materials all labour all taxes T& P etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90mtr. C/C and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3 rows in stair case as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc. with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materilas, labour, T&P etc. required for the complete in all respect.

Supplying fitting and fixing of 6" GI Pipe (Heavy) fitting of approved make including jointig materials fixing to walls with supply of fixing materials and cutting the pipes to length & wastage including cost & conveyance of all materials all labour all taxes T& P etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
