Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying Reinforced cement concrete of following different RCC structure of M-200 grade as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 200 Kg. / Square cm. in 15 cm. cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 516 using 12 mm. to 20 mm. size black hard crushed broken granite stone chips and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned ( 20mm. size chips not to exceeds 25 % ) to be mixed in concrete mixture with Portland slag cement (PSC) including hoisting, lowering, laying and compaction concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days, centering and shuttering then after dismantling and removing debris from the work site and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T & P required of the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. But excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending etc. of M.S. rods or tor steel tying the grills and placing in proper position.

a) Column Base

Providing & fixing TOR Fe-500 D grade reinforcement bars of approved makes as per DTCN for RCC work of required diameter with straightening, cutting, bending, binding welding and joining (if necessary) and tying the grills and placing in position as required for R.C.C. work and providing fan hooks, hoisting, lowering and laying including cost, conveyance and taxes of tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour required for the work for bending, binding and tying the grills in all heights as per the drawing, design and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Linear measurements will be taken & quantity will be calculated on standard weight. Weight of binding wire will not be considered for measurement.)

Supplying, fitting and fixing of Stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90mtr. C/C and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3 rows in stair case as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for the complete in all respect.

Toilet Block

Wall painting two coats with 100% Acrylic emulsion paint (1st quality) exterior grade(weather coat) of approved make & shade manufactured by reputed manufacture like NEROLAC /ASIAN /BERGER /DULOX or equivalent to make an even finished surface over a coat of primer with water bond cement primer in all heights with all scaffolding and staging charges including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Picnic Zone

Earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil upto 1.50mtr depth of foundation trenches for columns, basement, tie beams, walls and steps in following types of soil including moorum, hard stony earth, earth mixed with boulders, DI rocks etc but not requiring blasting with initial leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed sides up to required depth and depositing the excavated materials at places away from the work site with T&P for s horing, shuttering, dewatering if required etc. complete as per the drawing, design including cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation trenches and plinth, ditches with sand well-watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23 cm. in depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only).

Providing and lying plain cement concrete of proportion (1:4:8) in foundation and floors using Portland Slag Cement(PSC) with 4 cm. Size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes all materials and cost all labours, sundries, T & P required for the work including shoring, shuttering and dewatering if required including hire & running charges of water pump complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Fly Ash Brick masonry using fly ash bricks of size 25 cm. x 12 cm. x 8 cm. having crushing strength not less than 75 kg. Per. Sqr. Cm. in cement mortar of mix(1:6) with ordinary Portland slag cement(PSC) and screened & washed sand for mortar in foundation, plinth, basement and for ornamental flower beds, plinth moulding and similar such type of works with all necessary projections, splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of works, watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Decorative Ornamental cement plaster like Bamboo/Bullaha/Straw/Plank design as per specification and didection of E.I.C.on structural wall or roof with the plaster is to be made of cement mortar of proportion (1:3) with cement oxide colour or any other approval material including cost,material,conveyance,and labour charges etc.

Solid Waste Management

Providing fitting and fixing of FRP Dustbin ( Rabbit ) 1 nos of in average height 4 ft made of resin , accelaretator .catalyst, glass, fiber mat/powder etc all cost conveyance, royalty & texes of all materials compiled.

Signages

Fabrication, supply and fixing of informatory retro reflective signboards using super high efficiency, TYPE XI sheeting as per IRF 67-2012 Code with white color bonded on to 4mm Aluminium Composite panel (0.25+3.50+0.25 -PVCF coated) cover which alphabets and unberals are reverse cut made using Electro cut able film with comuterized cuttng plotter. the board shall be provided with frame mode out of stainless steel pipes of 304 grade. it shall be maunted on vertical posts made out of 80mm NB Stainless pipe including necessary excavation for M-20 foundations concreting/reveling, etc necessary for fixing fo the board and conveyance of all materials, equipment, machinery and labour with all leads and lifts, loading and unloading charges all taxes etc complete in all respect as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Electrical works

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 40 W All in one Solar street lights having 100 Wp or more Mono Crystalline Panel, 36 Ah or more LiFePO4 battery , PIR Sensor to provide minimum 2 days ( 24 hours) or more back up, MPPT charge controller complete with all accessories and tiltable mounting bracket suitable to mount it on the top of the pole directly. The Luminaire housing must be of extruded alluminium having IP 65 protection , IK 07 as per test report of third party NABL lab. The Initial lumen output of the AIO street light must be 6400 lumen ( As per LM 79 report of third party NABL lab) and CCT should be 6000k (+/-500K). The luminaire should have the proper BMS system and 5 years complete system warranty is to be provided by the lighting company.The luminaire & solar Panel must manufactured in India of approved make etc complete with all materials & labour as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.( Imported AIO street lights are not acceptable) Make: Philips/ Anchor by Panasonic/ Havells

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 7 mtr long Hot dip galvanized octagonal pole having base dia of 130mm(A/F) and top dia of 70 mm (A/F) of sheet thickness of 4 mm complete with 4 nos. foundation bolts and base plate of approved make etc complete with all materials & labour as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

R.C.C. work of M-20 having minimum compressive strength of 200kg./cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days and in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using crusher broken hard black granite chips of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete with vibrator, watering and curing for 28 days, cost of rigid and smooth including centering & shuttering and finishing to exposed surface smooth providing, grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance & royalties of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete in all respects as per drawing, design and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
