Supplying and filling with sand in foundation and plinth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, well watered and compacted , top surface dressed and levelled to proper level and gradient including cost of all materials, conveyance, taxes, royalties, loading, unloading, cost of all labour, T&P, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and lying plain cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using Portland Slag Cement(PSC) with 4 cm. Size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes all materials and cost all labours, sundries, T & P required for the work including shoring, shuttering and dewatering if required including hire & running charges of water pump complete but excluding GST, as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of Cement Concrete of grade 1: 2:4 (1cement : 2 sand : 4 graded 12mm size hard granite chips ) , mixing in concrete mixer ,lowering and compacting in proper thickness , watering & curing for the required period ..including cost of all labours, materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes and royalties, sundries and T&P etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge

Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying Reinforced cement concrete of M-20 grade including centering & shuttering as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 20 N / mm2. in 15 cm. cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 516 using 12 mm. to 20 mm. size black hard crushed broken granite stone chips and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned ( 20mm. size chips not to exceed 25 % ) to be mixed in concrete mixture including hoisting, lowering, laying and compaction concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days, then after dismantling and removing debris from the work site and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T & P required of the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. But excluding cost and conveyance of Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending binding etc. of tor steel tying the grills and placing in proper position.

Providing & fixing TOR Fe-500 HYSD Reinforcement bars (SAIL /TATA /RINL) of required diameter and approved quality for Reinforced Cement Concrete work including straightening, cutting, bending, binding, welding(if approved) , joining (if necessary), tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in position as per the approved design & drawings (BBS) with provision of standard fan hooks including the cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, taxes, loading, unloading, cost of binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge, T&P, etc, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick masonry using Fly Ash. bricks of size 25 cm. x 12 cm. x 8 cm. having crushing strength not less than 75 kg. Per. Sqr. Cm. in cement mortar of mix( 1:6) with screened & washed sand for mortar after immersing the bricks for 6 (Six) hours in water before use in Foundation & Plinth including splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of works, watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 16mm thick cement plaster to the surface of brick masonry wall with cement mortar (1:6) including racking out joints, scraping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden floats only to proper plumbs and level and making grooves and beads to give required ornamental finish as per drawings including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes and royalties, all labour, scaffolding, watering and curing, sundries and T&P etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster to the surface of brick masonry wall with cement mortar (1:6) including racking out joints, scraping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden floats only to proper plumbs and level and making grooves and beads to give required ornamental finish as per drawings including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes and royalties, all labour, scaffolding, watering and curing, sundries and T&P etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge

Providing 6mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of (1:4) to ceilings of roof slabs, stairs, landings, chajja, shelves, columns, beams and lofts etc. including roughening, scraping and cleaning and finishing the plastered surface smooth using wooden floats only to proper plumbs and level, making grooves and beads to give required ornamental finish as per drawings including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes and royalties, all labour, scaffolding, watering and curing , sundries and T&P etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge

Providing one coat of Textured finish of approved make, quality and shade over the wall surface of the building over a coat of primer of approved make including cost of material, brushes, all labour, taxes, loading, unloading, scaffolding, T&P etc. as required for the work as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (colour & shade to be approved before procurment & use)

Painting two coats with Water soluble weather coat paints of approved shade of approved make or equivalent over out side brick wall over a coat of primer, by means of brush to outside surface of new walls after scraping, cleaning the surface including all cost of materials, labour, all taxes , watering & curing T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Supplying, Fitting and Fixing M.S Grills of approved design and drawing made of with M S Flat, Square bars/Round bars with necessary welded clamps fixed in proper position & plumb including two coats of enamel paint over a single coat of priming of approved quality metallic primer, making required holes in Masonary Walls / R.C.C Structures (where necessary) and grouting the clamps with C.C(1:2:4) with 12mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips, making good to the damages of Masonary Walls / R.C.C Structures ,including the cost of all material, labour, conveyance, royalties,taxes , loading and unloading ,sundries and T&P,complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over Iron Works as per approved shade of approved quality over a coat of primer, sand papering, polishing the surface including cost, conveyance, taxes, materials, labour, T&P, scaffolding etc. as required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The paints and primer are to be approved before procurement and use)

PATHWAY

Earth work in excavation by manual / mechanical means in foundation trenches or drains, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms and dewatering wherever required, including all lifts, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 5km including cost of all labours/ equipments , taxes, sundries and T&P etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth,consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering etc. including all lead and lift, cost of labour ,material, conveyance and taxes ,sundries ,T & P, complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
