The bidder should have satisfactorily executed similar nature of works with specific value and percentage requirements. The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar nature of works each costing Rs. 95,60,726.40 (40% of bid value) or more, - Two similar nature of works each costing Rs. 1,19,50,908.00 (50% of bid value) or more, - One similar nature of work costing Rs. 1,91,21,452.80 (80% of bid value) or more in the current or last five years. Alternatively, the bidder must satisfy at least one of the following conditions during the last 5 years: a. 3 similar nature of building works with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing(MEP) components each costing not less than or equal to 40% of the bid value. b. 2 similar nature of building works with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing(MEP) components each costing not less than or equal to 50% of the bid value. c. 1 similar nature of building works with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing(MEP) components each costing not less than or equal to 80% of the bid value. The bidder should have previous experience in execution of Building works with MEP, with a cost of more than the bid value of this tender. The bidder can submit a maximum of two projects as evidence, with the following marking scheme: - One Project: 10 Marks - Two Projects: 20 marks The bidder's annual turnover in any of the preceding 5 years should be equal to or more than the bid amount after due indexing. The minimum qualification criteria is 70 marks out of 100, with 20 marks given to the bidder's previous experience in execution of Building works with MEP.
