Providing and laying 3mm thick APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/ 5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane including cost, carriage , loading & unloading of all materials, Cost of all labour, T&P etc required to complete the work in all respect as per direction of EIC. Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar including removal of the debris in Floor from the work site including cost of all labours, T & P etc required to Complete the work as per the direction of EIC.

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) , laying of fiberglass mesh with alkali resistant coating having mesh size 3.9mmx4.0mm and applying two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete & to be done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane including cost, carriage , loading & unloading of all materials, Cost of all labour, T&P etc required to complete the work in all respect as per direction of EIC. in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 2.5cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab in all floor withgraded stone aggregate of 10 mm nominal size) mixed with approved water proof compound as per manufacturer's specification on top of slab including cement slurry including hoisting and laying concrete,watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials, cost of all labour, T & P required for the work etc.required to complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing in position 300mm wide Stainless steel Grade 304 plate-1.0 mm thick as per design for expansion joints including cost, carriage , loading & unloading of all materials, Cost of all labour, T&P etc required to complete the work in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Fly ash brick masonry in C.M.(1:6) having minimum crushing strength of 75 Kg/Cm2 size of 25cmx12cmx8cm in Superstructure with ornamental muolding and other similar type of works with all necessary projections, splays corbelling, cutting, champering, including cost conveyance, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. compl. in all respect as per direction of EIC.(2nd Floor)

Supplying, fitting and fixing Kodappa stone 10mm thick in all floors of approved make laid C.M (1:1) & filling joints with tile grout of approved quality and shade including cost of all materials, labour, all , transportation, loading & unloading etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer -in-charge.

12mm (1/2") thick cement plaster (1:6) in all floor for finished smooth surface of brick walls after racking out the joints including watering and curing etc. comp. with cost conveyance, royalty of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P scaffolding required for the work complete as per the direction of EIC.

Disposal of debris to designated place with all lead and lift ( dismantled items obtained from RCC, Brick work, Plaster, Tarfelts, Grading/Terracing etc. ) from theworking site to the out side of campus including head load/loading, unloading, spreading, levelling by manually/ mechanical means including cost of all labour, tools plant to complete the work in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. ( Upto distance of 15 Km)

Surface preparation includes cleaning with metal wire brush to remove all dust, fungus etc., washing with water including removal of the debris from the work in all floor including cost of all labours, T & P etc required to Complete the work as per the direction of EIC.

16mm (5/8") thick cement plaster with (1:6) for finished smooth to inside/outside surface of brick walls double layer if required after racking out the joints including watering and curing etc. Complete. with cost , conveyance, royalty of all materials and cost of all labours, T&P scaffolding required for the work complete as per direction of EIC.
