Filling the foundation and plinth, sides of foundation etc with excavated material(excluding rock) in layers not exceeding 0.225m in depth including cost of watering, ramming, dressing and levelling the top to proper level & gradient, cost of all labour, conveyance,loading, unloading, T&P etc, all complete as per the direction of Engineer- in -charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed materials including watering and ramming as directed by the Engineer- in -charge.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete of proportion (1:3:6) confirming to latest IS codes & manuals for concrete weigh batched, machine mixed using approved quality of sand, cement hard crusher broken graded aggregate including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete to the required layers not exceeeding 15cm thick in each layer vibrating, compacting to requied density curing including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties including cost of materials, cost of all labour,T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing ,Lifting, Hoisting & Laying Reinforced Cement Concrete of M-25 having a minimum compressive strength ( in work test) 200kg/cm2 cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using screened & washed sharp river sand for mortar and 10 mm. to 20 mm. size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips( of required quantities) of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days, finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary in all heights including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materiald, cost of all labour, labour cess and all T & P etc. required for the work complete in all respect but excluding centering and shuttering and reinforcement as per the dicetion of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting, Straightening coiled or bent up HYSD/ TMT Reinforcement Bars welding or jointing if necessary, bending, binding, tying the grills as required for R.C.C. works and hoisting, lowering and placing the same in proper position according to the approved designs and drawings in all floors at all height including cost, coveyance, loading, unloading, stacking & taxes of HYSD/ TMT Reinforcement Bars and Binding Wires of 18 to 20 Gauge as required for the work , cost of all Labour, Sundries, T&P,Staging and Scaffolding complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing strong, rigid, leveled and plumbed centering and shuttering for RCC work including false works and dismantling them after casting including cost of all materials complete lifting, hoisting to Foundation and plinth, Column footing in places as shown in the drawing for all height including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials cost of all labour for the work, labour cess and all T&P etc. required to complete the work in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
