D.CROSS DRAINAGE WORKS:-BOX CULVERT- ( 5 Nos.) For 3/33/0 size 5 nos. culvert:-Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches/ Drain/Berm in all kinds of soil including moorum stoney earth and earth mixed with boulders except sheet rock and boulders not requiring blasting including dressing of sides and leveling the bed upto the required depth and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site with all lead and lift including shoring, shuttering & dewatering (if required) with cost of all Labour, Hire & Running charges of the water pumps, Sundries, T & P required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer- in- charge

B. Median:- Providing and laying Cement Concrete(1:2:4) in foundation and floors using approved quality of cement ,12 mm size crusher broken H.G Stone Metal and screened & washed sharp river sand for mortar of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeeding 15cm thick in each layer to the required level, ramming, watering & curing etc complete including cost, conveyance , loading,unloading,royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, required for the work including shoring, shuttering and dewatering ( if required) including hire and running charges of water pump required for the work etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors (i.e. below the base course of the flooring) using cement , 40 mm size crusher broken H.G Stone Metal and screened & washed sharp river sand for mortar of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete to the required level, ramming, watering & curing etc complete to required levels, laid in layers not exceeding 15cm thick in each layer including cost, conveyance , loading, unloading, royalties and all texes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work including shoring, shuttering and dewatering ( if required) including hire and running charges of water pump required for the work etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing strong, rigid, leveled, and plumbed centering and shuttering for C.C work in foundation ,sub structure , footing etc. using wooden or steel frames ,ply,steel plates,bracing with adjustable centering props and plates size wood or bullas and fixing to proper position and slopes including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants, etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

GST as applicable Will be Paid Extra.

Supplying and providing & laying in approved layers and constructing Berms with moorum sprinkling water to OMC and compacting by roller so as to achieve minimum requried density complete including full compaction of all objecties and inlculsive cost, conveyances, incidental involved for the work to complete specificiton as per direciton of Engineer-in-Charge.

A. Road:- Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300 mm, removal of existing stumps of trees dead or cut earlier stacking serviceable materials for use or auction within the road land and disposal of all unserviceable material including removal top 150mm thick organic soil away from the road land as under cluse no.201 & section 200, section 100 & Cl.112 of technical specification Part-I/II specification for Road & Bridge work of MORT&H (4th revision) including full compensation inclusive costs for all contigencies, incidentals involved for the finished operation defect free item work to specification complete & direction of Engineer in charge or his representative to satisfaction .

Supplying & Filling in foundation trenches and plinth, ditches with river sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23 c.m in depth with all lead and lift, including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer- in -charge. (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only)

Supplying & Filling in foundation trenches and plinth, ditches with river sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 15 c.m in depth with all lead and lift, including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking,royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer- in -charge. (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only)

Loosening minimum 150mm thick, levelling Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate construction of earthen embankment, sprinkling water to OMC and compacting by rolling so as to achieve minimum required, density table 300-1, 300-2 in embankment construction as per technical specification Part I / II under Cl. 303 & 112 table No.- 300-1 of specification for road and bridge works MORT&H (4th revision) complete including full compensation of all operations, all inclusive costs, contigencies, incidentals involved for the finished defect free item of work complete to specification including cost of all labour, hire and running charges of all machinaries, all taxes, T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing laying in approved layer thickness to line grade cross section and constructing Granular Sub-Base as shown in the drawing using crushed stone aggregate conforming to(Grade-III) grading specified in (Table 400-I /400-I A) & in accordance with physical requirement in BS 812 Part III, Technical specification Part I/II of specification for road and bridge works MORT&H (4th revision) spreading the same with motor grader of adequate capacity with hydraulic controlled blades & compacting the same with vibratory roller of minimum 80 to 100KN static weight or of equivalent capacity, to achieve minimum required density including full compensation to all operations, all inclusive costs, contigencies, incidentals, involved for finished defect free item of work complete to specification & as directed by the Engineer in charge.(Grade-II)

R.C.C. work of Grade M 25 in concrete Box cell culverts works as per approved drawings & designs having minimum compressive strength(in work strength) 25 N. / Square mm. in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using screened & washed sharp river sand for mortar and 20mm size & down graded hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality (free from weathered skins) from approved quarry in specified proportion to be mixed in concrete mixture with approved quality cement including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete with vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth providing grooves or beads wherever required for the work including cost,conveyance,loading,unloading,stacking,royalities and taxes of all materials,cost of all labours,scaffolding,sundries,T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect but excluding centering & shuutering & cost and conveyance of M.S./TMT/HYSD rods or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in proper position & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying,providing & laying in approved layers compacting & constructing subgrade/shoulder with selected soil free from logs,stumps,roots,rubbish etc spreading,breaking clods to maximum 75mm size to liru level,grade camber as per approved working drawing sprinkling water if required to OMC rolling/compacting by vibrating roller of 80KN to 100KN static weight to achive minimum required density confirming to table 300-1 , 300-2 under clause 305 including Cl.112 as per technical specification part I/II of specification for road & bridge works MORT&H (4th revision) including full compensation to operations,all inclussive costs,contigencies,incidentals involved for the finished defect free item of work to complete specification as per directed by the E.I.C.

R.C.C. work of Grade M 30 in concrete drain works as per approved drawings & designs having minimum compressive strength(in work strength) 20 N. / Square mm. in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using screened & washed sharp river sand for mortar and 20mm size & down graded hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality (free from weathered skins) from approved quarry in specified proportion to be mixed in concrete mixture with approved quality cement including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete with vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth providing grooves or beads wherever required for the work including cost,conveyance,loading,unloading,stacking,royalities and taxes of all materials,cost of all labours,scaffolding,sundries,T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect but excluding centering & shuutering & cost and conveyance of M.S./TMT/HYSD rods or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in proper position & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting, Straightening coiled or bent up HYSD / TMT Reinforcement Bars welding or jointing if necessary, bending, binding, tying the grills as required for R.C.C. works, providing Fan Hooks where necessary and hoisting, lowering and placing the same in proper position according to the approved designs and drawings in all floors at al height including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading , stacking & all taxes of HYSD/ TMT Reinforcement Bars and Binding Wires of 18 to 20 Gauge required for the work , cost of all labour, T&P and scaffolding complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge (Payment will be made according to the actual / proper weight of the HYSD / TMT Reinforcement Bars & Binding Wires consumed in the particular work only) .

Providing weep holes in abutments wing walls using 100mm dia 150mm long AC pipe exteding through the full width of the structure with slpoe of 1V:20H towards drawing face including metal spall backing in the rear side complete as per drawing including cost of all material, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools plants, etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing, laying to approved layers Bituminous macadam as per approved Job mix formula with Bitumen of 60/70 grade over a dust free cleaned prepared Primed /Tacked surface blending different sizes and quantities with required quantities of Crushed stone aggregates mixing ingradients with designed quantity of Bitumen at the required temperature heating & mixing uniformly in the approved hot mix plant capable of producing a mix conforming to the approved job mix formula technical specification Part I / II of specification for road and bridge works MORT&H (4th revision), sections 500, 900, 100 and its related clauses & sub clauses and tables and transporting the hot mixed materials through tipper of adequate capacity to the work site and unloading the same into the hopper of censor paver spreading continuously to line, level grade and camber racking out the excess material to specified thickness layer with least segregation of the mixed aggregates, compacting the same as with vibratory roller / pneumatic roller / Tanden Roller of required capacity at rolling

Supplying, providing, spraying & priming over prepared base hot bituminous emulsion of medium porosity (Mediumsetting-1) complying with IS 8887 to a granular surface (WMM) at the rate of 6 Kg. /10sqm with a self propelled bitumen pressure sprayer uniformly at the specified temperature complete as per Technical Specification (Part I/II) Cl.502 along with Cl. 112 of specification for road and bridge work MORT&H (4th revision) and as directed by Engineer or his representative including full compensation to all operations, all inclusive costs, contigency & incidentals involved for finished defect free item of work complete to spefication as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Painting with Synthetic enamel paint of approved colour, shade and brand like ICI/ Asian/ Berger on old wood work in two or more coats as required to give an even shade including an under coat of suitable primer of approved brand and manufacturer including cost of all materials with taxes and transportation, loading, unloading, scaffolding, all labour, sundries, T&P, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including filling gaps with putties, scrapping, sand papering and cleaning the surface to make free from rusts, dusts and oily substances before applying primer etc. complete.Qnty same as estimate item no:02

Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying Reinforced cement concrete of M-25 Grade in drain wall, slab etc. with 20mm down size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including mixing and compacting to proper shape and size, level and plumbs and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth, scaffolding, watering and curing for the required period including cost of all materials with all taxes royalties,transportaion, loading and unloading, all labour, T&P including hire & running charges of concrete mixer and vibrator etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge but excluding the cost of materials and labour for reinforcement bars and centering and shuttering for the work.
