Construction of un-reinforce, dowel jointed at expansion & construction joint only using steel @ 10.10 Kg./ Cum. approximately or as per approved design & drawing, PCC pavement as per design of M-30, over a prepared sub-base with 43graded cement, coarse & fine aggregates confirming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transport to site laid to proper grade & camber, spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, sceed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, joint filler, separation memberance, sealant primer, joint sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar , tie rod, admixture as approved as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in all kinds of soil including moorum stoney earth and earth mixed with boulders except sheet rock and boulders requiring blasting including dressing of sides and leveling the bed upto the required depth and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site with all leads and lifts, including shoring, shuttering & dewatering (if required) with cost of labour, hire & running charges of water pumps sundries & T & P required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Disposal of waste materials mixed with earth with transportation by mechanical means with in 5km lead as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Retaining Wall

Providing and lying plain cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation using cement,4 cm. size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm. thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and cost all labours, sundries, T&P required for the work including shoring, shuttering and dewatering if required including hire & running charges of water pump excluding GST as per the instruction of the Engineer -in -charge.

Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying Reinforced cement concrete of M-25 grade using 12 mm. to 20 mm. size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned to be mixed with ordinary portland cement (OPC) including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days, centering and shuttering then after dismantaling and removing debrises from the work site and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T&P, required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost and conveyance, labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending etc. of M.S. rods and excluding cost of centering and shuttering and excluding GST as per the instruction of the Engineer -in -Charge.

Cutting, Straightening coiled or bent up M.S. rods or Tor steel welding or jointing if necessary, bending, binding as required for R.C.C. works, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position according to approved designs and drawings including cost, coveyance, loading, unloading and cost of all labour, sundries, T&P and scaffolding complete in all respect but excluding GST as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing strong, rigid and levelled and plumbed centering and shuttering to required shape and size for all kinds of RCC works in below items with wooden centering materials with all necessary bracing and ties and supports with level centering covered with bituminous paper including provision of necessary holes exluding GST as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Foundation

Wall

Providing Laterite Stone masonary work in cement mortar (1:6) using rough dressed laterite stone of approved quality with cement and screened & washed sharp sand for mortar in the works in Foundation & Plinth and similar such type of works with all necessary projections, splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering, watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour,scaffolding and T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling foundation trenches and plinth with Sand and compacted with watering and ramming and top surface dessed and levelled to proper gradient including cost of all labour, sundries, T&P etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

N.B: GST as applicable will be paid extra.
