supply and installation of 2" outer dia MS pipes having thickness 3mm for roof purlins for laying metal roof sheet including cost of materials, labour, transportation, fabrication and installation, labour cess etc. & complete as per direction of EIC. (as per market rate) (for 6 nos. of shed of size each 3.6mx 5m)

Cement concrete (1:2:4)with 12mm size hand broken granite chips per 1cum including cost of materials, transportation, and placing as per direction of EIC

C.B Brick (23x11x8cm) size having crushing strength not less than 35kg/ cm2 with cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth per cum including hoisting and laying materials, transportation, and placing as per direction of EIC

Earth work in ordinary soil with 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7 cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Earth Filling with soil obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement as per direction of EIC.

Supplying and fixing of door cum gate in the newly constructed car sheds made of M.S angle (45x45x6mm)frame in the border and M.S flats (25x6mm)in the middle welded with Wire mesh and GCI sheet as per design approved by EIC.

Filling Foundation and plinth with excavated stoney earth & hard soil etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Random rubble H.G stone masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth including cost of labour, materials, royalty, conveyance etc complete as per direction of EIC

2.5 cm. Damp proof course with C.C. (1:2:4) using 12mm. Size hard broken granite Chips including cost of materials, transportation, and placing as per direction of EIC

Supplying, fitting & fixing 0.5mm TCT TATA blue scope sheet, 550Mpa yield strength mix anticorrosive steel with plain formed ridges, gutters, flashing etc.(as same materials as above) having total girth upto 600mm and standard length of 6000mm as required and quoted with hot dip zinc alloy of 120 gms per sqm mass of coating (total both sides) as per IS 277 and finished with polyster coating (EPG 10) of 18-20 microns in approved colour over primer coat of 5 microns on top and 5-7 microns of service coat in grey colour over primer on back, having KLT CRIL HISPAN profile of overall width of 1072mm and laid width of 1015mm, with five crests of 35+1mm spaced at 250+2 mm centers and with three small corrrugations of 8mm depth continously spread over 55mm width each valley of the sheet on steel structures complete with necesssary self drilling and self trapping screws/bolts and nuts, neoprine and limplet washers with 150mm end laps wherever required. The rate shall include all costs towards materials transport, storage, handling, liftinig , positioning, fixing and all labour. Measurement shall be made on "as laid" area . Sheets shall be supported with coil manufacture's test certificate for strength.

Painting two coats over one coat of primer with approved paint of reputed make (Asian/Berger)on the M.S gates fixed in the shed as per direction of EIC.

Distempering two coats to walls with distemper over a coat of primer of reputed make (Asian/Berger) of approved shade on new work including cost of labour, materials as per direction of EIC.

Fine dressing of earth work in ordinary or hard soil in road formaton according to the direction of the department including cutting or filling earth upto 0.15m depth of surface

Painting two coats with weather seal paint over a coat of primer of reputed make (Asian/Berger) including cost, conveyance all materilas, labour and T & P etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost of labour, materials, royalty, conveyance etc complete as per direction of EIC
