Providing & laying cement concrete of prop (1:4:8) in foundation bed and floors using 40mm nominal size down graded, screened, washed hard black crusher broken granite metal of approved quality & from approved quarry including laying in the layers not exceeding 150mm thick hoisting, lowering, laying, watering and curing etc. Complete. To the required levels including cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

PILE CAP R.C.C work of prop M20 having minimum compressive strength (in work test) 200kg./cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516using 12mm to 20mm size (1/2” to ¾”) crusher broken hard black granite chips of 20mm size (not to exceed 25%) of approved quality & from approved quarry including hosting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete with vibrator, watering and curing for 28days, cost of rigid and smooth centering & shuttering and finishing to exposed surface smooth providing, grooves or beads wherever necessary as per direction of the Engineer in charge including cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work completion in all respects as per direction of Engineer in charge but excluding cost of M.S rod / Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding and tying the grills.

Straightening cutting, bending bent up of M.S. rods / Tor steels, including cranking, hooking, welding or jointing the M.S. rods or tor confirming to I.S. 432 (Plain) and 1785 (Tor) steel and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position required for R.C.C. works including cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S. rods or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and cost of all labour with all T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge.

First class Fly Ash Brick work in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation &plinth with best quality bricks having crushing strength from 75KG/cm2 to 99Kg/cm/2, immersing the bricks in water for not less than 6 hours before use (the bricks shall well brunt, free from cracks, well shaped, uniform in size and shall produce a clear metallic ringing sound when struck ) includes moulding, chamfering, corbelling etc. complete as per drawing design and specification, watering and curing for 7 days including cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

First class Fly Ash Brick work in cement mortar (1:6) in super structure with best quality bricks having crushing strength from 75KG/cm2 to 99Kg/cm/2, immersing the bricks in water for not less than 6 hours before use (the bricks shall well brunt, free from cracks, well shaped, uniform in size and shall produce a clear metallic ringing sound when struck ) includes moulding, chamfering, corbelling etc. complete as per drawing design and specification, watering and curing for 7 days including cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

2.5cm. thick grading concrete (1:2:2)on roof slab with 6mm. Size on new work crusher broken hard Granite chips including cost of all labour, materials with all taxes, lead, T & P etc all complete.

Providing 6 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of mix (1:4) with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to R.C.C. work after closed deep chipping & slurry treatment including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance and royalties of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.)

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over brick work including cost, conveyance & royalty of all materilas etc.

16 mm. thick cement plaster (1 :6) over brick or stone masonry including cost, conveyance & royalty of all materials etc.

Providing , fitting & fixing of 34mm thick flush door shutter with 32mm thick BWR block board & paisting with (Both side) anti bacterial property to be pasted with adhesive including all fittings with cost& conveyance of all materials etc.

Providing fixing UPVC sliding window of size 1220mm x 1372mm 2 track 2 pannel of WINTECH Make 5mm thick clear glass with all cost of materials etc.

Providing , fitting & fixing wall panelling with 19mm & 6mm thick BWR ply & fixing with Vineer of approved quality incluidng cost & conveyance of all materials etc.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Wood Polymer composite (WPC) door frames with rebato cuts & assesories like L-Clamps & screw , finished cross section size 75mm x 45mm /90mm x 50mm/115mm x 55mm with 100% water. Termite & Bore proof & density of 850 kg / cum incluidng cost, conveyance of all materials etc.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of 35mm thick M.S.Grill Window & Door (Shutter) with M.S.Grill & Iron fittings fixed in proper position for window & shutter including all cost , labour & materials T&P etc. all complete as per direction of EIC.

Supplying, fitting and fixing Floor tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make confirming to IS 13755 with application of polymer modified quick set cement based water resistant adhesive confirming to IS 15477 of 3mm thick bed and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc required for the work all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Fixing Wall Tile to dados skirting & risers of steps on 12mm. thick C.P (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles including rubbing & polishing complete excluding cost of marble.(Johnson & Johnson)

Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty (Water based ) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc complete.

Priming one coat with any approved wall primer including cost of all labour ,materials T&P with taxes ,transportation etc all complete( Wall primer)

Providing Plastic Paint two coat with approved quality and shade over piastered surface with brush including cleaning the surface watering curing ,cost of paint ,taxes,labour charges T & p etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Providing weather coat two coats with approved quality and shade over piastered surface with brush including cleaning the surface watering curing ,cost of paint ,taxes,labour charges T & p etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Painting two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer to iron works as per approved quality over a coat of primer sand papering polishing the surface including cost, conveyance taxes of all materials cost of all labour T&P etc as required for the work complete in all floors as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Paint and primer will be supplied by the contractor).
