Supplying all labour,materials,T&P for Cement Concrete (1:3:6) in foundation using 4 cm size hard granite Crusher Broken metal including cost of materials,royalty & conveyance charges with watering,curing all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C work of prop M20 having minimum compressive strength (in work test) 200kg./cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516using 12mm to 20mm size (1/2” to ¾”) crusher broken hard black granite chips of 20mm size (not to exceed 25%) of approved quality & from approved quarry including hosting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete with vibrator, watering and curing for 28days, cost of rigid and smooth centering & shuttering and finishing to exposed surface smooth providing, grooves or beads wherever necessary as per direction of the Engineer in charge including cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work completion in all respects as per direction of Engineer in charge but excluding cost of M.S rod / Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding and tying the grills.

Straightening, cutting, bending and binding, welding and jointing (if necessary ) coiled/ bent up MS Rods /Tor Steel/deformed rods etc. including hoisting, placing in position, tying the grills binding with 18 to 20 gauge binding wire required for R.C.C work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete (weight of binding wire will not be considered) as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Payment will be made on actual weight of M.S rods or Tor steel linear measurements of rod for finished item of works. 5% wastage and lap length are included in the finished rate).

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for RCC work including false work and dismentalling aftercasting including cost of all labour materials T&P required etc. as per the direction of Engineer in-Charge.

Supplying and transporting M.S. Angle for Precast Slab as per specification etc.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for laying P.C.C(1:2:4) using 12mm size c.b.h.g chips including well curing cost of conveyance & royality taxes etc all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge

Providing & laying of Cement concrete paver block (80cm thick) of different size M-20 grade of concrete over 50mm thick compacted sand layer including cost, conveyance & royalty of all materials etc. as per direction of E.I.C.

Removing the excavated materials from site by mechanical means with loading and unloading the same within 5km away from site.
