Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per specifications, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/cum,optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, for all leads &lifts, laid with a mechanical paver, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc. complete including all cost of materials, labour, machinery, conveyance, loading & unloading, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-35 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, including dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, separation membrance etc. including all cost of labour, materials, placing, curing, shuttering, hoisting, conveyance, loading & unloading materials, T&P, taxes, royalty etc. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Coarse graded Granular sub- base Grading-III material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including all cost of materials, labour, machinery, conveyance, loading & unloading, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Filling in foundation, trenches and plinth with river sand in layers well watered and compacted in layers with top surface dressed and levelled to proper gradient including cost of all materials, conveyance, all taxes and royalties, loading and unloading, including cost of all labour, sundries ,T & P etc. complete as per directions of the Engineer -in-charge.

Providing and laying of Cement Concrete of grade 1: 3 :6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate of size 25mm to 40 mm hard granite crusher broken metal ), mixing in concrete mixer ,lowering and compacting in proper thickness , watering & curing for the required period .including all cost of labour ,material, conveyance,royalties and taxes ,sundries ,T & P etc. complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 80mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved s;ze, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. including cost of all labours, materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes and royalties, sundries and T&P, as per design and direction of the Engineer -in-charge.

Providing and laying factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including cost all materials, conveyance , royalties and taxes, loading and unloading cost of all labour,sundries, T&P etc.complete.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

Providing and fixing Rubberised speed breakers black and yellow in colour of size approx. 500x370x50mm along the length and having size of 180x370x50mm at the end cap including cost of labours, materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes and sundries and T&P etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge

Providing and fixing retro-reflective sign boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting confirming to type-IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message( bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc.as per IRC:67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure confirming to class-2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of MS angle iron of size 25X25X3mm along with theft resistance measures, mounded and fixed with 2 nos MS angles of size 35X35X3 mm along with to a vertical post made up to MS Tee section ISMT 50X50X6 mm welded to base plate of size 100X100X5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes,angles, flats, providing and fixing MS massage plates of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand and manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primier( vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours). Providing ,supply fitting and fixing of 12mm thick bituminious expansion joint at regular interval as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of Cement Concrete of grade 1: 4 :8 (1cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate of size 25mm to 40 mm hard granite crusher broken metal ) ,mixing in concrete mixer ,lowering and compacting in proper thickness , watering & curing for the required period, including all cost of labour ,material, conveyance,royalties and sundries , T&P etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying in position machine batched , machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete of M-25 Including the cost of Centering and Shuttering (minimum cement content not less than 403Kg/Cum) grade in reinforced cement concrete structural elements using black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including mixing and compacting to proper shape and size, level and plumbs and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth including the cost of all materials, cost of labour, conveyance, taxes, loading, unloading, royalties, watering and curing for the required period, T&P , hire & running charges of concrete mixer and vibrator, cost of Admixtures in recommended proportions ( as per IS 9103 ) to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge but excluding the cost of steel reinforcement. Providing and placing in position 100 mm thick factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Covers on drains of footpath of various sizes, of M-25 grade cement concrete, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of specified dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade, neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges and providing 2 Nos. 12 mm dia bar for hooks, including cost of all labours, materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes and royalties, sundries and T&P etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge.

Providing and fixing cement concrete tiles of average 22 mm thick jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).as per the design & drawing with cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, T&P etc. All complete as per the direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Providing and fixing of FRP composite solid turf Manhole cover with frame of size 900 x600 mm of load capacity 5 MT above catch pit etc . As per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
