Providing Cement Concrete M15 grade with nominal reinforcement (excluding cost of M.S. rod, carriage and labour for cutting, bending, binding and fixing of M.S. rod) using 20mm and down, graded, crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin, quarry debris and foreign materials, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision Charges including mobilisation & de-mobilisation of men & machineries, T&P with all incidental Charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Cement Concrete M20 grade for RCC works on approved surface or shape and size using 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin, quarry debris and foreign materials, clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, (excluding cost, carriage of M.S. rod and labour for cutting, bending, binding and fixing of M.S. rod) with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision Charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, T&P with all incidental Charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Straightening, cutting, bending, binding of steel reinforcement and tying the grills as per approved design & drawing and placing in position including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of M.S. Rods, binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Weight of the binding wire will not be included in the measurement for payment).

Providing rigid, smooth centering & shuttering for RCC works including false work and including cost, conveyance, royalty & other taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect and dismantling the same after casting and curing with water for specified period including depositing the debris clear of work site with all leads & lifts, delfts including supply of all labour and T & P required for the items etc. complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (for foundation & plinth).

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated earth by mechanical means including watering and ramming etc. complete including cost conveyance royalty and other taxes of all materials with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in hard or gravely soil with all leads and lifts, delfts and depth of cutting to proper slope and level as per approved design section including rough dressing and breaking the clods to maximum 5 cm to 7 cm and depositing the excavated earth on bank to proper profile with all leads and lifts labour and depositing the balance spoil away from work site with all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer in charge.
