Excavation of foundation to proper profile in all kinds of soil with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed to proper slope and level and making it fit for laying concrete including depositing the excavated materials clear of work site with all leads and lifts etc . including dewatering from foundation if required etc. with supply of all labour and T & P required for the work etc.complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and removing rigid and smooth centring and shuttering for plain or reinforced cement concrete works including false work and dismantling the same after casting and proper curing including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials required for the work with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(SLAB AND CHAJJA)

Providing Reinforced Cement concrete M20 grade on approved surface, shape and size using 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious material, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications mixing by concrete mixer including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, ( excluding cost, carriage of M.S. rod and labour for cutting, bending, binding and fixing of M.S. rod) with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, with all incidental charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

K.B. Brick masonary in Cement mortar ( 1:6) in superstructure using k.B. Brick of 9" size having Crushing strength between 75 kg per square cm to 100 kg per Sq cm. including splays cutting ,circular moulding ,chamfering corbelling and similar such type of works with all necessary projections watering and curing after immersing the brick in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required to the work with all taxes and royalties etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge..

12 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar ( 1:6) finished smooth to concrete work with neat cement punning water and curing for 7 days and two coats of bitumen painting ovwer top of walls and below the bearing of roof, slab including cost, conveyance of all materials and labour with T & P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc . complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting One coats with plastic emulsion paint over a coat of priming to new wood work and iron work including cost of the primer and paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost , conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, fitting fixing of vertified tiles in floor treds or stpes and landing of size 600 x600 mm on 10 mm (Kajaria/Nitco/Regency /Jonson) any other ISI mark thick bed of cement mortar ( 1:4) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing including cost, conveyance and royalty etc. with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc .complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .

Cement concrete M-10 grade with crushed granite coarse aggregate of 40 mm down graded size to be mixed in concrete mixture including cost, conveyance ,royalty and other txes of all materials machineries, labour & laying in the head works and canal structures with required lifts and delifts etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer -in-charge
