The Eligibility requirements mentioned in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU for a specified number of Financial years before the bid opening date. Additionally, the bidder should have supplied the tendered machine/or similar type & capacity machine of at least 3 times of the quantity indicated in the “Schedule of Requirements” in India during the last three years ending on 31.03.2024. 2. Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 80% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date. The bidder should have at least 1 (one) machine in successful operation for the last one year ending on 31.03.2024. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 80% of bid quantity for Past Performance - 3 years of past experience required - 3 times of the quantity indicated in the “Schedule of Requirements” for Experience Criteria The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender includes: - OEM Authorization Certificate - Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document - Performance certificate duly signed and sealed from the authorized signatory of the user. Additionally, the bidder needs to submit a Performance statement as per the “Performa for Performance Statement”.
