The required prior work experience for the bidder involves having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The experience can be in the form of: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. The cost of previous completed works is given a simple weightage of 7% per year to bring them to the current price level while evaluating the qualification requirement of the bidder. A Satisfactory Work Completion Certificate issued by the employer against the experience of similar work is required as proof, containing all the information furnished by the bidder online. In the case of a Joint Venture (JV), the certificate is required against individual partner(s), including the Lead Partner of the JV.
